  1. I can't really post pics anymore... My skin is clear now... And I feel great! But if anyone wants to try to believe me, I will say that FOR ME (With bold letters), eating 4-5 fruits a day, drinking 8 glasses of water, and sleeping good improved my acne... But that's just me... I think it also improved my whole body too... After eating like this, 3 days later I noticed I could do more reps in my workout... Like I literally got stronger... Idk... Maybe I was just so excited by my skin I could do
