  1. I have read that if you stress out a lot or sleep late your white blood cell count goes down
  2. it would be beneficial to get vitamin D while on accutane as Vitamin A (accutane) is vitamin D antagonist. Although I think it would be better not have sun directly hit you on the face as it deteriorates collagen and causes scarring while on accutane.
  3. It can surely be any type of vegetable oil added to your meal. Also sometimes, they have artificial flavors or colors added to certain V8 juices and the BPA from plastic bottles can also be another inflammatory factor.
  4. Avoid green tea as it has been shown to increase DHT by 194 % http://jn.nutrition.org/cgi/content/full/133/2/516#SEC2 Avoid stevia (causes hormonal problems) and rather use brown sugar or better yet no sugar at all Avoid drinking from plastic bottles (BPA fluctuates your hormones) Low fat and low carb diet is the best Olive oil will certainly help your body, stick with it for 1 year and see the difference Nuts have high omega 6 which can offset the omega 3 balance Hope it all works out fo

Though it is a powerful antibacterial you can try using it for another week or two and if your acne doesnt go away then I would recommend putting it aside. On the other hand, if your acne is moderate, you can try niacin as well as red light therapy. Red light therapy doesnt do much about the current break out but it helps a lot to prevent future break outs. You can build one of these yourself as I did or just buy it online.
  6. they are only red marks...they give you an illusion of scarring but if you look closely they are just red marks from previously inflamed acne

YOU CAN TRY HOME DERMAROLLERS....THEY ARE QUITE INEXPENSIVE AROUND $20 AND VERY EFFECTIVE....YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN RED LED ARRAY (ONLINE ONES ARE TOO EXPENSIVE) AT HOME TO USE WITH THE DERMAROLLERS TO MAXIMIZE THE RESULTS. 12. it would also help if you make certain diet changes along with the topical regimen that suits you best. My advice would be to avoid any type of cooking oils except for olive oil. Avoid sugary and fatty foods as well

  14. only if you have sebum trapped underneath the skin in another nearby area other than that I dont think it can cause a break out
