Hi I’m 32 year old female with consistently imperfect skin, always have at least one pimple sometimes more , rough skin especially around mouth and cheeks, blackheads here too and also nose and large pores. I’ve tried every lotion and cream and serum and prescription everything apart from acutane. I feel that nothing makes my skin feel clean and there are always blackheads and pumps which easily turn into spots. Should I take a low dose of acutane to know this once and for all?
