  1. I know this might sound crazy but I recently started eating lots of vegemite. I've noticed this helps prevent spots and clear them faster. I am unsure as to why this is happening but I think it could have something to do with the vitamins in and it especially the glutamic acid. I have no sources or reliable studies to refer to but thought I would make a topic to see if anyone else has any experiences/information.
  2. Oddly enough my face has cleared up a lot since I started working out and eating properly. I take care when washing my face but I'll try to do it less/softer. I have some green tea someone gave to me as a gift. I might try having some of that twice a day. Thanks for tips :D
  3. I know. It's quite outrageous for me to ask you guys what could be causing my acne but hear me out. I breakout maybe once a fortnight and its just enough to keep my scars from fading. I get maybe 4 or 5 whiteheads and they go away without doing anything. The thing I would like help with is some suggestions you could give in regards to my overall lifestyle. I know of methods to reduce the time it takes to clear it up but I like to try my best to prevent them from showing up in the first place. T
  4. Update 2: I am now 100% clear. I've only had one pimple since my last update, and it was a tiny one that went away in 24 hours. I'll blame my icecream for that one! I'm feeling really good..... haven't felt this good in years! ...
  5. 1/2 cup of oats 1 banana 2 egg whites 1 scoop of protein powder 2 cups of full cream milk 1 teaspoon of coffee put in blender and done!
  6. Update: No new spots since the initial break out. Old spots starting to clear.
  7. breakfest: oats and a banana snack: protein shake with eggs, banana and oats lunch: steak and chips (hehe) snack: protein shake with eggs, banana and oats -work out- snack: protein shake with eggs, banana and oats dinner: chicken roast with potato and salad
  8. Hormones? Dirty pillow case? fast food the previous night? Could be lots of things.
  9. I'm going to give this a try. I will post my results in a month.

  11. Um.. grow up? It's a close up picture.
  12. Sugars from Fruit shouldn't have an effect on your skin. I have around 6-7 pieces a day and it's fine.
