  1. You can check out cleansing wipes that are sold under many different brands so you can wash without a sink. I know both Pond's and Basis has facial cleansing cloths that don't require any water but there are other brands too.
  2. Stick with what you're doing. I have been on the Regimen for 7 years and I've had wonderful results. If it's working for you now it should continue to work for you. Here is a link that will give you more information on red marks. http://www.acne.org/faq.html#redmarks
  3. If you are using 10% BP then there is likely your problem. With BP a higher concentration is not better and is really hard on your skin. If you can't order online then you can get Neutrogena On the Spot vanishing formula in most stores. Although I much prefer Dan's formula (less irritation for me, absorbs better and is MUCH more affordable) the Neutrogena will get the job done.
  4. No dumb questions here...we are all here to help each other! Here is a page with reviews of various moisturizers/creams, some of which have alpha hydroxy acid. Check them out and that should help you find an AHA product or two to try. http://www.acne.org/over-the-counter/moist...ge1.html#browse Below is a link with a discussion of AHA and AHA products...it should prove helpful to you. http://www.acne.org/messageboard/AHA-is-no...ent-t94529.html
  5. Here's some info on shaving http://www.acne.org/faq.html#shave As far as shipping it takes me 3 days to get my products (from the time I place my order) so I assume it wouldn't be monumentally different for you. The store sates that it usually ships next business day but my last order shipped same day. Good Luck to you! :)
  6. yea i think im gonna say with on the spot also better safe then sorry i just wish they'd make a large tube of on the spot the tiny little lasts a week at most
  7. BP will work for acne independent of the age of the user. And no BP doesn't inspire any kind of dependence. Some people will naturally have to use it for longer just because their particular body doesn't get over the acne problem until they are older. Your skin will not become *addicted* to BP. BP works by turning over cell production (makes your skin regenerate faster to help shed blemishes) and also has antibacterial properties (which helps heal and prevent new blemishes). Good luck with
  8. You can never know how long a particular person has to use the Regimen. I have been using it since 2001 and from time to time go off of it to see the response...you can try the same. Using benzoyl peroxide does not cure your acne but only treats it and you can also rest assured that your body will not become "dependent" on it. Some people for whatever reason have acne that lasts longer than others (I am 32 and STILL have it) so using benzoyl peroxide will have to last as long as your acne las
  9. What kind of reaction are you getting exactly? Are we talking about redness and some light burning or something worse than that?
  10. Hi Mia! It's nice to see you. :)

  11. Yes, Accutane and Roaccutane are exactly the same medication. They are both brand names for the medication isotretinoin and both are marketed by Roche Pharmaceuticals. All I can say that when a person needs multiple rounds of this medication it can work in different amounts of time. Talk to your doctor about what you are experiencing to get his/her opinion, but it might just be that you need to ride the course out to get results. Hope I helped.
