  1. I've never gotten one ON my lip, always along the lip line, as you call it. I just noticed there's still a slight trace of a pimple 6 weeks ago. Man, this takes forever! BP that close to my lip makes me nervous...
  2. I'm on Dan's regimen, but I don't put BP right up next to my mouth. That's too close for comfort, ya know? Sometimes I'll get a pimple where my lip meets my face. Anywhere else on my face, a pimple comes and goes within 4-5 days, and after a week you never knew it was there. But along the edge of my mouth, the whole process is much slower, from 2-4 weeks! Yes, a full month. What is so special about that part of your face?! I doubt it's because I don't use BP there, because these "pimple lifespan
  3. Chikyuu, I went through the hassle of retrieving my forgotten password so that I could log in and say: You are very attractive. There is no other way to put it. This is coming from a guy btw. If you're trying to convince anyone that you're ugly (or that you have any acne at all), then the 2 pics of you here are not working. I know what you're feeling like. I'm almost 30 and only got my acne under control a few years ago thanks to Dan's regimen. It turns out I'm a pretty handsome guy (accor
  4. Hmm. First Class isn't available anymore. Seems like it depends what you're buying. A few days ago I put a "starter kit" in the cart just to see the shipping options, but now with my real order (16oz treatment, 3x 16oz moisturizer) first class isn't listed anymore. My choices are: UPS International Flat Rate Box Express Mail International Priority Mail International I was able to see my previous order (actually from 2008) and it says it was shipped via Priority Mail, which turned out to be U
  5. OK, looks like UPS is now listed as an option. Here are the options: $32 UPS Worldwide Saver $29 International Flat Rate $12 First Class Mail International $38 Express Mail International $25 Priority Mail International Obviously I'm going to avoid the UPS option, but what about the other ones? Which one actually means Canada Post? Thanks.
  6. I'm about to order some more regimen products, but last time (about 1 year ago) it arrived by UPS and was a pain. It's not feasible to ship my order to work, so I had to ship it home. I work on weekdays, so UPS came by twice, gave up and sent the package for pickup back to their "regional headquarters" which is in the middle of nowhere (by the airport). It's only open during weekdays so without a car I had to take 3 hours off work just to go pick it up. Ugh. By contrast, when I've gotten other
  7. I have to say YES, damaged faces in shows sometimes makes me think of acne. In Lost, one of the characters (Ben) gets beat up a lot and his face has cuts and bruises... I think to myself "oh it's just makeup, but even if were real it would heal in a few weeks, at least he doesn't have acne"
  8. I noticed Dan's video blog about Sensor Excel razor blades. I've been using them for a few years based on his recommendation, so they definitely work well for me. They're not necessarily hard to find here (Vancouver BC) but they are quite expensive. I used to pay $25 for 10 at local drugstores, but last year I found out Costco sells them for $40 for 25, so I loaded up. I did some basic math and it still costs me around $250 per year just to shave Dan mentioned he might be interested in selling
  9. I ordered a bunch of DKR supplies in September 06, and it was hard to find but the BP tube does say "EX0608" (June 2008) on the bottom part (this was when it came in blue squeezable tubes). I ordered some more supplies in October 07, including some more BP (exp June 2009), so I've been using those lately. I finished one of those tubes over the weekend and looked in the box for another and found a leftover 2008 BP tube and started using it. I only used it twice so far but it didn't feel the same
  10. In hindsight, I have some info to share... I was on the regimen from July06 - Nov07 using Dan's cleanser and BP, but Cetaphil moisturizer. This was because Dan did not make a moisturizer back then. It worked really well and my skin was not very dry, and certainly not flaky. Nov07 I ran out of Dan's products and had to order more, and since he made a moisturizer by then, I got some. However, over the course of a month or two, my skin got fairly dry and definitely flaky. It was extremely noticeab
  11. I realize this would be better suited for this forum than the adult-acne one, so I apologize for cross-posting. Hey all, 25yo male here. Not sure which forum is best for this but I will try here. I found out about this site about 2 years ago and decided to give Dan's regimen a try, at first using store bought products from his recommendations, then after seeing it actually worked, I ordered some of his custom products. I would say I have mild to moderate inflammatory acne (there is some skin

Hey all, 25yo male here. Not sure which forum is best for this but I will try here. I found out about this site about 2 years ago and decided to give Dan's regimen a try, at first using store bought products from his recommendations, then after seeing it actually worked, I ordered some of his custom products. I would say I have mild to moderate inflammatory acne (there is some skin redness, and I do get pimples... this is what makes it inflammatory, right?) . the regimen took care of the pimple
