  1. ummm, why are people posting about Accutane in the vinegar method section? it just confuses everyone... If you want a debate about Accutane can you post it in a different section altogether?
  2. i've heard vinegar causes cysts. Is this true? Can anyone tell me their experiences on whether they get cysts after 2-3 weeks of the vinegar method? I've been using vinegar (undiluted) for a few days now but i would discontinue if there are problems later...
  3. now you're starting to scare me... i've been using the vinegar method for 3 days now and i'm thinking of stopping cause i hate getting cysts.. they tend to stay longer on my face and may lead to scarring (the purpose i'm using the vinegar method in the first place, so ironic)...
  4. Can someone here help me out? I am a 21 year old male and i have had acne for the past 7 years. Thanks to the regimen, my acne is now down to a minimum. Unfortunately, now that i have clear skin, i've noticed that i have scars from the cystic acne i had a year ago. I have 3 shallow indented pits on my right cheek and the so-called 'orange peel' skin on my left. Though the 'orange peel' skin is only a small area and can be easily covered by a tinted moisturiser, the 3 pits really bother me. I ca
  5. I use the Blue Corn 3-in-1 deep cleansing scrub mask from Bodyshop like twice a week and it works wonders for my skin. Gets rid of the excess oil and impurities quickly and effectively.
  6. I've tried the neem soap but it does nothing for me. I would advise you to just stay with the neurogena stuff.
  7. The reason why cysts appear again on the same spot is because it was not properly drained when popping it. You should go see a dermatologist or if you can't, try waiting for awhile before popping it to ensure that the cyst is indeed 'poppable'. But be careful cause these type of acne may leave indented scars or i suggest you go to a dermatologist if you can.
  8. Alex916, stop promoting your vegetarian life here! We all know that vegetables and fruits are healthy... just stop trying to convert everyone to become a vegetarian like yourself!!!
  9. I don't know about you guys, but my cyst acne is usually related to certain types of food, especially seafood. Think it's due to the amount of iodine in it. But the small spots which i get like once a week is due to my oily skin. I'm on the regimen for a month now and I think the regimen works well with 'normal' acne but not with cysts. I find that either BP flattens out the cyst, leaving it purplish red with a bump still in it or it makes the cysts harder to pop, tightening the cyst. Anyone sha
  10. Visine? Never heard of it before... What is the active ingredient in it and where can i get it?
  11. Exactly! I just hate it when people tell me that acne is not a big deal. I'd like them to feel how it feels like to have acne almost everyday of their lives and see whether they'll say the same later!!! It's not like i'm vain or anything, but wanting to have clear skin isn't a crime. It's tough as it is having to wake up everyday and look in the mirror to see if a new spot appears. I just wish i would grow out of acne pretty soon cause my patience with acne is getting awfully thin. I keep asking
  12. Thanks Blue! I'll give it a try and see if it works. It's just that I wish I could stop a pimple before it grows so that I don't have to go through the hassle of treating it and waiting for days for the scar to disappear which is a pain! :?
  13. Hi, I'm a 21/m and I have been having acne for as long as I can remember. I have tried almost every OTC product in the market but unfortunately, i still keep getting acne! I get like ONE spot a day and it's getting very irritating. I've tried the regimen but not exactly cause I try not to put bp on my face in the morning. Does the regimen work if i only put lots of bp at night? Another thing, if i can feel that a pimple is about to grow, is there a way to stop it before it turns into a full-
