  1. Try spot treating with benzoyl peroxide. That helped me.
  2. Yes this is normal. I use it just as a spot treatment and this happens to me.
  3. I had some of these as a result from using the wrong foundation. Letting my skin breathe and using 2.5% benzoyl peroxide as well as using chemical exfoliation every two weeks help my skin

So here are my before and afters: so if anyone wants to know how I cleared it up this is my routine morning: Rinse with just water cosrx snail mucin essence the ordinary niacinmade 10% + zinc 1% the ordinary natural moisturizing factors + HA night time: kiehls face wash cosrx snail mucin essence spot treat with 2.5% benzoyl peroxide the ordinary rose hip seed oil Now that my skin is clear I want to get rid of

  6. Thank you !! I think I will try replacing vitamin a with vitamin c Bc about a year ago, I had bad side effects from taking vitamin a pills.
  7. Thank you for that. I’ve actually tried nizoral before, it didn’t work for me.
  8. Thank you!! I’m actually lactose intolerant so I don’t even drink milk. And I don’t even have much of a sweet tooth.
  9. You should maybe try out a chemical exfoliant. But make sure you wear spf during the day.
