  1. I've never heard of anyone getting acne from vitamins, but I would try laying off the acv for a little while and seeing what happens. Personally, I finally got clear by stopping all topicals except for a mild cleanser (cetaphil) and just taking fish oil and a daily multivitamin.
  2. Yeah, it's almost definitely just from the antibiotics you were on.
  3. Calm down man, this happens all the time. Just put on some antibiotic cream on there and you should be good.
  4. Do NOT use a topical antibiotic like Neosporin for more than 10 days straight in one location, even though this stuff may work quite well. But if you use it too long you can quickly develop a resistance to it, potentially creating really big problems later on, because it will no longer work and you will have to use even stronger antibiotics. But yeah, it's cool to use it as an antibiotic for after you pop a pimple.
  5. Have you considered accutane? That stuff really does miracles
  6. wash yoooh face.

    1. Aloe Vera maybe? You just need something as soothing as possible.
    2. I'd rate that at about moderate. Is the acne you have somewhat painful to the touch? Because it looks like it is. It seems that you don't have a problem with your zits turning into pussy white volcanoes from that picture, so I'd recommend looking from products that advertise reducing inflammation. Some home remedies that do that well are: Asprin mask, urine therapy (gross at first, but very effective for that kind of acne), and turmeric.
    3. Yeah, I'm having this exact problem as well. I haven't had a breakout in 3 weeks, and only have a few red marks left. Every now and then I'm talking to someone and I'm thinking, "Oh my gosh, I'm sure they think my acne is super ugly" even though I'm 100% clear. It's slowly going away, but it can still be killer on my self-esteem every now and then. I also still get kind of jealous of people with clear skin, even though mine is probably as good as theirs now.
    4. So I gave this turmeric a try since I already had some in my spice cabinet. After 2 days of treatments, I haven't noticed much for the red marks but HOLY S&*T my face feels incredible. I don't think my skin has ever felt this smooth and soft, even when I was a baby. I want to make out with someone just so they can feel how soft my face is. But there is a downside. Don't underestimate the yellow staining, it takes over 5 hours for my skin to stop looking yellow, and it is a very ugly yellow
    5. The products it recommended for me are almost exactly the DKR: BP, AHA+ and a Sal Acid wipe.
    6. Also, don't save pictures as a ".BMP", try .jpg or .gif. That picture is 1.57MB as a .BMP and only 34KB as a .JPG (.034MB).
    7. This method has never done anything to help my acne, but I just repeatedly put on and rip off the piece of tape to safely, effectively and quickly get rid of flaky skin. And you can find scotch tape in school/work situations, so you can do this pretty much anywhere.
