  1. Just wanted to make a follow up post to all of these - this was obviously a good few years ago. And I do get spots - somethings you can’t help (full face off make up after a night out and face planting your pillow Ro can’t help) and wearing masks too isn’t the one BUT my skin is amazing. I wish I was given this magic drug earlier. It’s changed my life. Im so much more willing to do things, not wear make up and just a brand new human. No it doesn’t make your skin porcelain forever but it makes it
  2. It’s been a month since I took my last accutane pill. I was on 20,40,55,55,55,55. I just wanted to share my experience with the drug as, for me, it didn’t impact my life at all. I would point out that I do think my spots will come back. I’ve had a few that have crept up already BUT my skin is looking beautiful most of the time. I’m currently using differin gel at night too. My Derm isn't very good and I haven't had an appointment/blood test or anything since I got my 20mg prescription! I've tried to get one but the NHS isn't very good at fitting people in. I'm not really having any side effects either, my skin is still breaking out the same as before accutane and the same in regards to pores, blackheads, and general texture. My hair is less greasy I guess? I just
  5. Thanks for the reply! I’m on a 5 month course do you reckon it should be longer? I’m really concerned it’s not working as I have basically zero side effects.
  6. Hello everyone I have been on monitoring this forum for years for my acne. I haven’t found an answer to my current issue so thought I’d make an account and ask the real experts! Bit if a background: I’m 25 years old and have mild/moderate cystic acne. It has got worse over the years (since I was 13) but has never been horrendous (except for the few months I used isotrex) but is enough to cause me to not go out, cancel plans etc. I’ve tried all the usual things: duac, antibiotics (multiple
