  11. sometimes i dab washing up liquid on a zit or pimple to dry it up, or even scrape a bit of soap onto a cotton bud or clean finger nail and dab on to a spot it drys in about 20-30 mins u may need to apply soap a couple of times. usually best if u r at home u dont wanna go out with soap on face lol not sure if this will work for a cyst though good luck
  12. lolo or maya i cant afford the book but i remember when i went for accupuncture for my back a couple of years ago i asked her about acne and she looked at my tongue and she mentioned that i was damp inside and thast what caused my acne to much mucus. she said cut down on coffee and drink green tea and herbal tea cut down on pasta and bread and eat rice. i dont think i could do the full free mucus diet but could u give me a few of the best foods and drinks to avoid so at least i can cut down on

  21. Believe it or not, moisturizer does not moisturize your skin!! It seals in moisture that your face so desperately needs. So, before you apply your moisturizer, take a few minutes to mist your face with water. NOW, apply your moisturizer and you are set for the day. If your face is dry and then you apply the moisturizer...well, you get the idea!
  22. i dont think they sell it in uk go to boots and use oxy on the spot its the closest thing there is it 2.5% thats the one i started to use. fatman uses it too hes the uk expert not sure where else they sell it probably most chemists too
