You will be glad know, I have managed to get a conference call with the professor who developed this product This is what he has told me.. the best result will be achieved if the gel is applied 3 days after the incision has been stitched, but no longer than 10 days. apply daily , even when it looks almost heald. They used to apply it in the wound, but they found that in some cases the gel was dissolving the stitches . so now they say best wait 3 days just to let the incision get together..
  6. As I said the older the scars the less chance you have, unless you have them brought to the surface with a course of peels, but this can be costly . fresh acne can be treated without leaving scar formation.. I would be wary of anyone offering a complete cure for deep old scars

First let me tell you, the older the scar the less likely the chance getting it go completely though with hard work and sorry to say, money, you can get them to fade. The older the scars, the harder the tissue. The newer the scar the softer the tissue That's why with things like cosmetic surgery its easy for us to ensure that there is no scaring whatsoever.
