  1. I stay away from milk as well. I always tell myself that milk was meant for baby cows, not humans. You can get your source of calcium from other foods. Got Milk?

  3. Hi, I'm new to this board. Just wanted to give my two cents, as I have severe red scar marks. Right now I'm using Wheat Germ Oil at night. I don't see overnight results, but if I stick to the regimen, there's some difference. I just need to stop breaking out. Has anybody used wheat germ oil? If so, how long did it take to clear up the red scars?
  4. I agree with the above posts as well. It's natural to look red or "flushed" after a heavy workout, especially weight lifting. However, what are specific anti-inflammatory foods?
