  1. You might want to look up vitamin A hypervitaminosis and get yourself to the doctor. Taking that much Vit. A is bad news.... its probably worse than accutane, where did you read this information? I have a feeling its from an old thread some one started where I got into a heated discussion about why OD'ing on Vit. A is bad lol.
  2. I stopped smoking and after bein clear for x amount of time... started smoking again and developed acne around my chin/mouth. Now ive practically stopped... dissappeared. Could be toxins. Could be linked with my chakra. The mouth/chin area is associated with the lung meridians and chakra, which obviously smking affects lungs = break out. I am skeptical, even though I meditate and study taichi - therefore i should probably believe this theory lol.
  3. I did some research on this on the net as I work with alot of mercury in my line of work. There are some interesting articles, that if mercury were to leech out of the tooth, it can make people very ill. One poor girl suffered for years and no-one believed her, till she found out it was mercury fillings. serious stuff! I hate the stuff... its awful lol.
  4. I never used to like salmon, but if you buy the flattened out salmon and grill it it is lovely! (Especially with cream cheese in a bagel, but not so healthy). It is lovely with some oiled potatoes, abit of rice, carrots and broccoli. Simple but delicious. Can give it a kick with black peppercorns This meal, my brother cooks so well but it makes him think he is gordon ramsey lol The Tuna - high mercury content... is pretty much bull. Although you shouldn't dispell how serious mercury poisonin
  5. How many mg is that, and how does it copare with RDA%? those are the questions I would be asking myself. Not "how much do I need to take to see results". Taking vit. A. this way is dangerous (google hypervitaminosis), just as OD'ing on accutane (a derivative of vitamin A) is to joints and mood. Have you tried B5 + B Complex method? I would advise to take recommended daily allowance (RDA) but not over this amount. Hypervitaminosis is serious. :)
  6. I was chopping some potatoes to make some soup... and thought, instead of wasting the skins I would fry them in olive oil with some garlic and wow! how lovely... mmm mmm question is... how healthy is this? If only ingredients are potato, olive oil and garlic surely it must be healthy?
  7. SHEEFA will you READ what i wrote, i didnt deny it nor put it down... so what if i suffered? Why bring this up... and try and belittle me AGAIN? Its just abit sad I suffered from reactive viral arthritis before going on accutane, I think accutane just made it worse, luckily i am over both... I hope one day you can be too, but going around trying to cause arguments isn't going to get anyone anywhere is it.
  8. That whole natural approach to acne is wrong. It can work but are you really going to potentially just eat bananas, salad, black beans, water, etc. Until you reach 45 years of age? Let's get real. Isotretinoin is naturally occurring and is part of vitamin A. It's just the isolated part of vitamin A that shrinks oil glands. Isotretinoin isn't stored in the liver like vitamin A. This is why the safety profile of Accutane is better than mega doses of actual vitamin A. It's also the safest all

  11. Read what i said seefa *Moderator edit, personal attack removed. Further violations will result in warnings. - read the board rules. *. I was referring to MUM OF ONES post, where she says that her son DID NOT have it done before and after, I have many SHORT friends, boys and girls who didn't touch accutane, they are short, but so what? They enjoy life. Im not saying its made up, or that this bone closure study is fiction, i believe it so... No i am not doubting many scientists opinions, or
  12. Definitely. A perfect breakfast food. A nutrient dense sweet carb to replace all the crappy sweet carb things we've been eating. With a sprinkle of cinnamon and butter if you use butter. They are also great with olive oil and a sprinkling of spicy seasonings with cayenne pepper. Usually referred to as 'seasoned salt' or Cajun seasoning, or something like that. Like what they put on seasoned fries. Cayenne is good for you, the olive oil is good for you, tastes great. You can also sprinkle
  13. The Vit A, like someone said is in the form of beta-carotene, your body only turns it into vitamin A when needed, so if it doesn't need it, it just passes out as normal! Its when you take un-natural Vit A or just pure Vit A that it causes problems (accutane, multi vits etc) natural is A ok
