  1. I think diet has helped mine a lot. Processed, unnatural junk foods are always going to make things worse. They're just unhealthy in general, and our bodies weren't meant to eat that way. Also, you might have allergic reactions to some foods/food groups, which might be making things worse, such as dairy, wheat/gluten, etc. Try cutting them out for a bit and see if it helps.   2. So my skin has gotten a lot better, I can't even remember the last time I've gotten any sort of red acne. My only problem that wont go away however is the congestion of whiteheads on my nose, and around my nostrils, it's really the only problem area left and I'm not exactly sure why. I'll get whiteheads that I have to squeeze out pretty much everyday, and I know I can't make whatever redness/marking this causes go away unless the whiteheads stop reappearing.   3. Quick question about ACV - I just started taking it orally, but as far as using it on my face as a toner, when should I do it? My routine is basically the DKR, wash with cleanser in the morning, then apply BP and then moisturizer, and at night I'll wash with cleanser and then do BP. Every now and then I'll use an aspirin mask to help exfoliate before I use the cleanser and BP. Or, if I'll spot treat by using just a small amount of aspirin dissolved in water and leave it on overnight. Anyways, w

  11. I actually recently stopped eating foods with wheat/gluten and I haven't had any new acne in almost a week so I'm pretty excited about that. I dont drink cow milk anymore either, that helped a bit too when i stopped. sometimes it doesnt hurt to test 1 thing at a time you know, pick something like dairy or wheat or soy or something and just avoid it for a few days as much as possible and see if you get any results. good luck
  12. When it says to use BP in the mornign and the evening on the regimin, by evening does it mean before bed or just that time span? Like would i be able to BP and then go out after?
  13. It depends on how sensitive you are to it, but around 3-4 days a week is fine, I mean you'll figure out what works for you after a little bit. Personally, I combine 1/2 a tbsp of baking soda with about 1/2 a tablespoon of water, maybe a bit more, and about 1/2 a tablespoon of cleanser (I use the cetaphil gentle cleanser) and just mix that up for a little but, and massage that on my face gently for a little bit, then gently wash it off.
