  1. I tried Nature's Cure for body acne. Just the spray, not the pills. I was a little hesitant about putting something into my body that came from a drugstore (i'm a vegetarian, can you tell? lol). The spray worked, but it really wasn't anything drastic. The half-full bottle is still in my medicine cabinet, I don't use it anymore.
  2. It definitely does. Be sure to wash your face before and after exercizing and make sure you don't wear makeup. It'll clog your pores like crazy!
  3. You didn't specify your gender, and I'm not gonna make the assumption that only guys have hard-labor-jobs... But if you're a girl, make sure that you change bras frequently, like every couple of days. Also, use different styles of bras so that the straps aren't always rubbing in the same spots. I've noticed this causes me to break out a lot. If you're a guy... hope I didn't offend you! I'd also recommend using the wipes by Stridex. They're great at getting sweat and dirt off your back (no pun

  5. Alright, I've been using Proactiv for a little over a month, and I just decided that it's TOTAL CRAP!!! It was far from the "miracle" it advertized. I think it actually made my skin worse! I'm thinking of returning it, but I don't know if it's worth the trouble it will probably cause. Has anyone tried returning Proactiv? What was your experience with it, and how much did it cost in shipping?
  6. Hey! I'm looking for some new face meds, and I'm thinking of trying those new super-quick creams. Has anyone tried the new one by Clearasil that promises fewer zits in three days? Or the new one by clean-and-clear (i think) that's supposed to get rid of a zit in less than 24 hours?? I'd really like to know if these things are all they're cracked up to be.
  7. Yup, I've got the same problem. No idea what to do...
  8. Clean-and-clear makes a KILLER oil-control moisturizer. It keeps my face matte and shine-free ALL DAY.
  9. Wait, why are you taking cold showers?? Is this supposed to help acne?
  10. Hmmm... are you sure these are whiteheads? Because the whiteheads that I get will usually just go away if I put a little BP directly on them...
  11. Hey! This is just a warning for ya'll: DO NOT use Almay's new skin-clearing foundation!!!! I had very mild acne, a few pimples here and there, and I got the skin-clearing foundation and concealer in hopes that it would help that little bit of acne. I was WRONG!!! It gave me tiny white bumps all over my face. It's been almost two weeks since I stopped using it, but the white bumps won't budge. I'm at a loss for what to do! They're not something I can cover up with makeup since they're raised and
  12. Swimming regularly actually helped my acne a LOT. it must be the serious bacteria-killers in the chlorine, i guess. Just remember to use a good moisturizer after you get out of the pool.
