Diet isn't the ultimate cause of acne

Hmmm then why are there starting to be more natural health food stores created, esp gluten free foods being made? Explain that one. Because it's a recent health fad, gluten free means healthy to a lot of people, so they are buying it. Also, people are in general becoming a bit more health conscious, so the demand for healthy foods is increasing a bit. So if i decided to eat gluten breads, pasta, etc. i would not create more acne? I have no clue how you got that from what I s -

Hi, I'm a little over 2 months into accutane and pretty much totally clear, but my left shoulder has been bothering me just recently. It bothers me when I lift (especially when doing shoulder press with a barbell, that's the worst). I also play rugby, so it could be from that too, and I now favor the other shoulder when hitting. I don't remember hurting it, which is why I thought it might be accutane, since I know joint pains are a side effect. My shoulder feels a bit weak and the joint hu

It is probably that he can handle the oils better, or something like that. It makes sense that his skin is oily, based on what he is eating, it is very possible he just deals with that oil better for some reason. -
Yeah, just go on the tane, I only wish I did that earlier lol.

Poor College student, I need help with my diet.

How long have you been doing this? If you have been eating like this for a fair amount of time, I would try low carb. Eggs, meat, and veggies being your primary sources of food. -
No.

This is how it works. I'm guessing the anti candida diet you are following is low in carbs. Carbs are the body's preferred source of energy, and when you reduce your carb intake, unsurprisingly, you become more tired and sluggish. If you keep carb intake pretty low for a few days, you will start to use fat as fuel and start to feel more normal again soon enough, provided you have enough fat. Just stay on it if you're doing really low carb.

There could be a biological reason, but I think it is probably that people are showing skin.

Perhaps when too much of it is eaten, but I think some fruit is very good for you and your skin. I eat pineapples mostly. -

I'm still convinced that's the opposite of what you want to do, but whatever, I'm not you... -
Yes, low carb or reducing refined carbs.

I wanted to bang my head against the wall after reading that article... You can find an article to support pretty much any diet you want if you search for it.

No carbs diet. What the hell am I supposed to eat?

Just a note, since you said you'd be crawling on the floor for bread crumbs... Once you have switched fuel sources to fat and have been off of carbs for a little while, I would expect that you would have little to no trouble avoiding carbs... that is what I experienced, and I can never get enough carbs. I found it much easier to resist temptations also, people would shove cookies and brownies in my face and I'd hardly be tempted to take one (and baked goods are some of my all time favorite foo
