  1. So what, does this Nizoral shampoo work on them but then becomes an irritant? I have those flesh coloured bumps but they aren't itchy, have I got the same thing?
  2. I have these and they're such a pain! I had them round the corners of my mouth but they were only visible if I stretched the skin. Recently they started spreading and no matter how hard I pick at them they seem to stay put while in the past I could quite easily pick them and get a long string of pus out. Any help??
  3. What's better is they don't have Sodium Laureth Sulfate or Sodium Lauryl Sulfate!
  4. Only place I found it is Amazon.com and they're charging £40 for shipping!!
  5. When I was in America I brought some 'herbal essences dangerously straight' Shampoo and conditioner and instantly fell in love with it. Problem is I'm close to running out and it isn't sold over here so could someone possibly ship some over to me, I'd pay full price for them and shipping plus a little extra for the help. If you're interested send me a message or reply here, thanks in advance.
  6. What bread doesn't have wheat in it then?
  7. Why use products in the first place if you had 'good' skin?
  8. I've cut out dairy and junk food, minimalised my sugar intake, what else could I cut out? What food groups have been known to cause acne, I've seen wheat, well I have brown bread everyday, could this trigger acne??
  9. Can someone please give me some good recommendations on (I'm a guy and from the UK): Body washes for shower use Deodorants Cologne My body wash has the dreaded Sodium Laureth Sulfate in it so I want to cut it out entirely but I still want a nice smelling body wash, any ones you recommend? I don't know if it's true but the same goes for deodorants and colognes, do they clog pores?? If so which ones don't? Does hairspay clog pores as well??

  11. I wish people would post some helpful posts as this topic is far from a myth. Most toothpastes/shampoos contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and/or Sodium Laureth Sulfate, both of which are irritants and will cause spots if your skin is sensitive. Best suggestion, use products without them two.
  12. I heard it just absorbs oil, so like having a giant blotting paper on your face all day. What can it do for acne though?
  13. So you just leave it on? What brand are you using?
  14. You mentioned the answer in your question, straighteners. Work on any hair at any length, but to aid it you can use specialized straightening shampoos and conditioners finishing off with straightening cream/balms.
