  4. so its been a week since and all my acne has gone down even the worse cystic ones! now i'm just left with a few tiny raised spots and hyperpigmentation from the acne which is getting lighter everyday. finally it feels like my skin is coming back!
  5. I'm just keeping a log of what i've been using so far for my own purpose and if anyone else has had experience with the same regimen. Started a having a few tiny bumps on my face about 4 weeks ago, increased in number and severity on my cheeks and became a full blown red, angry, inflamed painful pustules, papules, some that would have a head all just on my cheeks and around my mouth. Saw a dermatologist a week ago and was prescribed Doxy + Retin-A. Was already using Retin-A prior to that for about 3 weeks, went through the worst peely face, burnt skin ever but it calmed down. It's been 1 week on doxy = just had a few painful ones get bigger the last couple of days but have started going down now, i don't see much difference even though they are starting to get less red but marks are still there. How acne has changed me

@Andrea123 i can totally relate to this. I'm going through the worse breakout cystic acne of my life, marks all over my cheeks red and inflamed. I even stopped covering it up and waking up everyday going to work with nothing on my face is the hardest thing i've ever done. I hope you are feeling better now.
