Well I used to visit this site daily and read all the threads and I tried everything, but nothing really stopped my acne... BUT I did crystal meth for a short while, and while on it I barely ate anything at all, just water, and when I came down I would eat really healthy... and during that time my acne cleared, and it hasn't reappeared since..... I eat more healthy now too though... Also during that time I did not use any regimen and I avoided washing my face.. I used to not believe that

I have to admit, this regimen covers everything, and it seems very promising. The only downside, along with many acne regimens, is that it seems to be quite pricey, however, this one will probably work. Right now I'm on a Dan/Botchla regimen and it seems to be working, if it doens't, I'll definately try this out! Thanks for compiling all those products for us Dr. Miracle, you might be the next big thing on these boards

Hmm, I don't know how this happened, but my acne has stopped, now I'm just down to redmarks... I stopped my SA+BP regimen cause I was getting lazy and that's a lot of shit on my face... However, I am taking B5... It seems to have reduced the oil on my face, but it significantly reduced the oil in my hair... I dont' know, hopefully this stop of acne isn't temporary and I'm gonna get bombarded with a horrible breakout... Another thing I've done is reduce my showers, but I still stay clean...

Ok, I really don't know what a blackhead or whitehead, I used to normally get a few red bumps and sometimes a red bump with a white top... I then tried Botchla's, and after Botchla's, it reduced my acne, but now I seem to get these small small bumps that are the same color as my skin... what are these? i may have had them before and never noticed them... they're not from shaving becasue they are on the area of m face where i don't shave. they really dont bother me much, but i'd rather not ha

I don't know... I believe there is some relation with acne and masturbation because of DHT and not hormones..

So its basically a combination of Dan's and Botchla's regimen... When I first started reading these message boards, I tried Botchla's for a while and it didn't really seem to work, so I now use less SA and use On-The-Spot or Dan's BP and a moistourizer. I highly doubt that your acne has gotten worse because of the zinc...

I've been on Botchla's regimen for about a month now, which is SA+BP, and its helped my acne a lot, but I do have red marks. I bought neutrogina multi-vitamin which is supposed to help clear up scars, and it has AHA, well, when I put it on after washing my face iwth SA+BP, my face stings and turns red, it only occurs for like 10 minutes, and goes away. I stopped using it so I don't damage my face. My question is, is it damaging my face or is that just how the medication is supposed to feel?
