  1. So I just finished my second course of Accutane 2 months ago in April 2018 and I'm already starting to breakout again. On my first course the same thing happened; I broke out ~2 months post treatment. Is it viable to go on a third course or should I just look into other options?   2. Hi guys, I just finished my second course of Accutane a month ago (relapsed within 2.5 months after the first course) and I feel it's time to start thinking about treating my scars. I've had acne since I was 15 (I'm 22 now). It was never very severe, although I used to always get persistent cystic acne.   4. Yeah im on accutane and I've had times where I ate nothing but pizza and McDonalds and didnt break out. I can literally eat anything (dairy, fast food, sugary foods, candy) and not break out from it. Even when I was off accutane I did the caveman diet for like a couple weeks (ate nothing but water and fruits etc) and still broke out pretty bad. From personal experience at least I can say that diet doesn't really even have that much of an effect on acne
