  3. Lemon juice was probably the most effective thing I put on my face, but I have an odd skin type and after about a month, all the dead, flakey and brown skin was coming to the surface, so I literally had to peel it off.. sucked quite a lot because I'd recommend the lemons.
  4. Hey, I'm a 17 year old guy. At lunch time, I went to the store and bought THESE vitamins: I was just wondering if anyone would recommend them? "Flaxseed, Fish and Starflower Oil - Omega 3, 6 and 9" It says take one 3 times a day. Should I do this? Will it help my skin? Anyone got experience with Omega 3 supplements? Thanks!
  5. Wow guys, thanks for the heads up about fruit sugars! Think I'll give this a try for a week, but then I'm totally missing out on anything sweet at all!   6. For the last 3 weeks, I've avoided sugary foods at all costs. This has gone from completely avoiding cakes, chocolate bars and biscuits to even making sure there's low sugar levels on my dinner foods (i'm talking 1-4% of your guideline daily amount).   8. At my work office we have this water dispenser thing that you can fill your cup with, and as far as I know the water's just from any taps and I drink LOADS of it, is this breaking me out? Could this water be the cause because I heard it's best to buy bottled water? Also, do biscuits break people out?! What vitamin tablets should I pick up from my local pharmacy?
  9. Hi there, I have mild-moderate acne and don't want it getting any worse. A few on here recommended a non-medicated cleanser and thus, I bought 'Purpose Gentle Cleansing Bar'. Now I've heard people saying cleansers in bar form can clog your pores due to the ingredients But on the packaing etc. it says "it won't clog your pores and leave residue" Does this mean I'm safe from any eruptions? I really want this to work. I tried Salicylic Acid - didn't work, I was told to give this a go and I can use

Okay, so I have about 4 stubborn blackheads on my nose I mean they're like bumpy ones Over the last few days I've been applying baking soda + water for about 10 minutes before rinsing off, I hear it's a good exfoliator I've noticed that after I do this, they all kinda bump up and become quite big, so I merely touched one of them and all the gunk fell off...like the blackness just dropped off.   12. I really hate breakouts and blackheads on my nose but I'm really skinny and want to put on a lot of weight. I hear staying low on the carbs is a good idea, so does that mean burgers & chips are fine to eat? I want something that will really fatten me up but want to steer clear of spotty food products.
