  1. *I understand my question should not be here but when I posted it in the appropriate spot no veterans seem to find it in there. Right, so my question is about is there any products out there that can hold back the oil like my Neutrogena ultra sheer dry touch sun block does in the daytime for night? Iv been fooling my self over the last couple mths thinking my skin has become less oily but really its because I always have a sunscreen or moisturizer on my skin which was giving me the feeling tha
  2. Anyone? Also when applying sunscreen and moisturizer it’s good to apply under the eyes right? Im asking because the condition of the skin under my eyes is getting worse and im eating the same and live an active healthy lifestyle.
  3. Right, so my question is about is there any products out there that can hold back the oil like my Neutrogena ultra sheer dry touch sun block does in the daytime for night? Iv been fooling my self over the last couple mths thinking my skin has become less oily but really its because I always have a sunscreen or moisturizer on my skin which was giving me the feeling that its gotten better. But now when I want to go out now at night I wash the sunscreen off my face and I see it’s still quite grea
  4. Wow, JustaMomToo thanks a lot for your post. IV never tried lots of skin products in the past, IV just cleansed moisturized and wore sunscreen but recently I tried an aha/bha combo In a toner wynne recommended and it’s pretty amazing only after a week or so how it smoothed out my skin. I have pretty sensitive skin it seems and im just surprised when I put the toner on why it didn’t make my skin turn red. Just smelling it I thought it was going to be problematic but it’s actually pretty good. Nor
  5. For fuc sakes, I just accidentally deleted my last post. I basically said I took wynne's advice and tried a mild bha/aha toner (Neutrogena pore refining). I see it is quite effective in smoothing out my skin which is nice but it doesn’t do anything for the redness. I guess it would do more for "remarks" rather then general redness. I was wondering if I could benefit from the Bio oil product? Can someone please recommend a good dermatologist, maybe one that specialized in redness if there is s
  6. I dont have sun damage. "Notice how the only parts of your face that are affected are the ones that have direct sun exposure, thus under your eyelids and chin your skin is fine"? My face is red where I had acne. I wore, wear sunscreen every single day and have stayed out of the sun since I had an acne problem. I think the lighting conditions shows what's going on pretty well. I did take some pics under some harsh florescent lighting and it seems the reddness comes out more under the lighting I u
  7. I was just wondering after i clense then apply a toner should i directly moisturize after or rinse my face with water after the toner then moisturize? Thanks
  8. Ok guys thanks for the responses. Your right that I currently dont have a skin problem (to a certain degree) because I put up with Accutane for the whole course of the treatment after trying every acne prescription drug on the market, and I mean every. Thats why I have red skin. Its obvious and I dont understand why ppl dont agree with me. Just look at the pic with my hand against my face and its quite clear. But thanks for telling me its fine etc..... that does help. During treatments I took ex
  9. Ok just one more question then all stop. Ok, Is the Neutrogena pore refining toner an example of a gentle glycolic acid toner? (will glycolic acid be in the ingredients)? Now I have the Nivea visage gentle toner-alcohol free, does that have glycolic acid? Is glycolic better than BHA's and AHA's? And what do you think of apple cider vinegar, castor oil/olive and emu/jojoba, will I benefit from it in my situation?
  10. Thanks wynne. The skin on my hands is gorgeous but not face. Did you see these pics? http://s258.photobucket.com/albums/hh267/workinprogress12/ Is an example of a "gentle glycolic acid toner" Nivea visage gentle toner-alcohol free? I bought that product but stopped using it for no good reason. I also bought ACV and stopped it aswell for no good reason. Will both do the same thing? Whats best?
  11. Ok guys, maybe I am overreacting and im sorry if my tone is out of place but if I think I have red blotchy skin why not just suggest some things that can help from looking at my pics. After reading a few more posts saying I have near perfect skin, I then looked at my pics again and am serious wondering how ppl can say that. I do have red blotchy uneven skin. I see so many options for treating hyperpigmintation and am not sure where to start. Wynne suggested I start with a "toner strength glycoli
  12. Ok chaseryder you know what, I was reading your post and was thinking too myself maybe he has a point then I looked at some of my pics again and realized that it’s not so damn unreasonable to have a concern for my skin. “My skin is flawless and not red"? Was that a joke? Seriously man IV heard your opinion many times now so please let someone else respond. Many people have agreed with me in my last huge post, the one you put progress on too a screeching halt saying something along the lines
  13. Should I also post this in "red marks left after acne"?
