  1. Once per month eh? I'll make sure that I'm getting the tests done once per month, even if my derm said it not necessary.
  2. From the prescribing information for Accutane. Also from http://www.gene.com/gene/products/informat...tane/pdf/pi.pdf and: Dear Wynne, Thanks for the useful infos. Now I know its not a myth after all.
  3. Dear all, I been searching for this topic, but didn't found one. Guess it's better to open a new one. Googling again about liver function test (LFTs), and found out this website:
  4. Dear Jxr, Thanks for the infos and ideas. Now I realize that Derm A wasn't bad after all (was thinking he wants to make me to take Accutane for a along time on purpose). Been asking a lot of people on the internet, found out that Derm B won't prescribe more than 10 mg per day, no matter how serious the problems are, and 6 months is the limit. So going by that logic, I could assume that 20 mg per day for 3 months, is equal to 10 mg per day for 6 months and that's it, already complete 1 cycl
  5. Dear all, Good day. I'll introduce myself first. Age: 24 Sex: M Problem: Oily skin, mild acne Still got oily face, even in the age of 24. I went to 2 dermatologists in last 2 weeks, and the stories are: Dermatologist A Asked him about oily face, as I've already know how to 'tackle' my acne. Derm A: What is your weight? Me: 85 kg, Derm A: (Adjusting how-long-accutane-should-be-taken-if-your-weight-is-xx kg-chart)... 60 weeks, you have to take it for a year. Then I was prescribed with 20 mg

  7. You know, there's this gel called kelo-cote. I'm holding back on recommending it to anyone because it's pretty pricey and I don't want to give anyone false hope. My mom got it when she had surgery a while ago. She said I should try putting it on my acne but I didn't. Instead I put some on my old keloid scar I have and the new one that we healing, both from knives. I only put it on a hand full of times within the past month, so I can't say anything yet. But I will let you know if I get any positi
