OFF TOPIC: Celebrity crush
Skitch replied to mystic_violet_01's topic in Emotional and psychological effects of acne
I could never stand Britney Spears or Christina Aguilera, but I've always had a soft spot for Ms. Mandy Moore. There's just something about a down-to-earth girl with integrity (who can sing) that really gets me going. It's pretty bad, folks. She makes me giggle. Cute girls > hot girls. -
I meant "cute" as in a little kid falling over. Into a volcano or something. I dunno, it's late.

I love how you go from comparing your mentality to that of a skinny girl who thinks she's fat to saying how you don't care what we think and that you're gonna go wail on a punching bag. It's funny and almost... cute.

I've got body image issues too, so I suppose I understand... ...but you mean to tell me that the guy who's taking a picture of his half-naked self flexing in front of the mirror feels like shit? Did I miss something?

As much I love the notion, I seriously don't believe that folks can say that looks don't matter. I don't care who you are, looks will ALWAYS matter. Not to say they should dominate, but it's always a factor. We have eyes, people. It'd be a shame to ignore their functions. But it's good to hear. Really. Now as a guy, I must reveal our criteria and to be honest, it's pretty simple. We like girls that are: a.) Attractive b.) Sane c.) Single And really, that's all. And even in that simplicity,

"Drink your beer, you dirty queer." Damn, I must've spouted that line with friends for months... The movie rules. So does Willem Dafoe. Apologies for further steering this thread off-topic... ...or is it? The world = cruel. Haha, take THAT, moderators! (Please don't hate me.)

Jason Mewes told me I was a "mad pimp daddy." Rob Van Dam told me I was "a funny dude." This girl I know told me, "When guys talk about all the girls they've dated, it pisses me off, y'know? I tune it out. But I dunno, when you do it, it's funny... actually kinda makes me wanna know more." All of which happened yesterday.

LOL, reading that poem I was thinking: "Maybe I should post the lyrics to 'No Surprises' here. If they think THAT song's depressing, wait 'til they get a load of Radiohead!" Very rarely do I do this to myself, but damn, I just got--

Like I said, guys. I'm still around. I do have to agree that this place has lost some of its "flava," but hey, it's like <geek> the original X-Men getting captured, making way for the new X-Team (Colossus, Nightcrawler, Storm, Wolverine) to show up. </geek> I feel like this is "Degrassi: The Next Generation," and we're the people who graduated last year but still show up in the parking lot to say, "Wuddup." -
