  1. Hi there, I've been on a mild dosage of Accutane for about 4 months now, worked wonders. Now I'm shortly about to finish my course and go away for 6 months or so to Australia/India/America/Thailand etc and I was wondering if Accutane is compatible with the jabs you will need for malaria, polio etc etc? Can someone help. Thanks
  2. Like I said before, I've been on B5 for about 5 weeks now and I've had one bad breakout, but my acne was pretty mild/moderate in the first place.
  3. With a change in diet your body is being given the chance to expel some unwanted toxins. Don't give up on the good diet, short term you'll break out, but stick with it, you will definetly clear up (easier said than done, I know).
  4. I know its a cliche, but did your acne get worse before it got better? Was your face quite oily before?
  5. I've been taking B5 for about five weeks now, starting out at two weeks of 10g and then three weeks of 20g. My skin (and body in general is now quite dry) has got worse, especially since I started seriously mega-dosing, I'm back down to 10g and it seems to be getting a bit better again. My nose has started clearing of the blackheads, not sure what effect its having on my acne though. I think I'm going to drop down to 5g and see how it pans out.
  6. I've been relatively clear for a few weeks now on my regime below and that was just a low dosage of res. I've recently just bought some 1g 50% pill of res so I'm going to be taking 2 each day for the next couple of months. It should help as my diet is going to slip a bit over the next couple of weeks, but I'll continue to take all my supplements and try and fit in a few big spinach salads and the like. I'll tell you how I get on.
  7. I've ordered some of the 50% ones off the net. Should I take, say, three in the morning with some food? or one at each meal? or say three at night? Whats the best way to do it?
  8. Interesting... I've recently given up using BP, which was quite a leap of faith as I had used it religiously for the last 6-7 years to varying degrees of effectivenes. (I always gave it credit when it worked and blamed other factors when it didnt! ) However I've been off it for a bit and can't say that my skin feels significantly different, I'll need to give it a bit more time to see what changes. I've not been breaking out so I suppose its nod really needed right now.
  9. Are you taking the piss?... --boom--boom---

    My New Regimen

Well, I've been sticking to my supplements and diet pretty religiously for the last couple of weeks now and I'm starting to reap the benefits. (I do occasionaly have a night off and have a few beers with a pizza.) I've not broken out at all since last Sunday. So I've been clear for a week now, still plenty of red marks though! Anyway I'm going to decrease the amount I post on here, so I'll update everyone at the weekend only.

Why get rid of the grape juice? Also, I never get pains after eating eating bread. My point was that I was getting pains after bread AND prawns together after mono eating for two weeks. I'm trying to cut out carbs completely anyway.

    My New Regimen

I've lost track of what day I'm on, but its going ok so far. My old spots are just like slightly raised red marks. No big active ones for a while, just 1-2 tiny spots, which is good. I've also been experimenting with my diet. I've recently been food combining, so on a basic level I've not been mixing carbs and protein, i.e avoiding a ham sandwich. Plus I've not been drinking for an hour before or after I've eaten. Anyway, for the first time in two weeks, I ate a brown baguette with some prawn
  13. Do the laxative effects gradually wear off as you continue to take it?

    My New Regimen

My diet is holding up pretty well right now. Mostly eating fruit, smoked salmon, salads, chicken and soups. All washed down with grape juice, lemon water and apple juice. Despite the diet, or maybe because? I've not been feeling any less energised than usual, infact I've not noticed anything unusual at all. I've been continuing to do my coffee enemas every night, although I missed last Friday. They're gradually beggining to get easier with each. I can hold them in a lot longer than before and
  15. I was looking into it, just out of interest really. I'd be interested to see if anyone has had it? and if it had any effects on your skin or general well being?
