  1. yup I agree ice it. Fast. Had one this morning and wanted to stick my head in a snowbank.
  2. yes - geranium is a cooling oil - Lavender is very good as well. Try JoJobah oil sometime as a moisturizer. this is the closest thing to sebum that skin produces. Always remember that the only thing that disolves oil is --- oil. Oil Control Method.
  3. don't expect things to clear up right away. Metrogel is a good starter as an anti biotic. Stress is a trigger for Rosc as well. Again let time pass. You should expect some relief with what you've been prescribed. There are many causes of Rosacea, and many treatments that work for some and not others. Let time pass. Bill
  4. Sgt Pepper pretty well said it all. Accutane is a pretty harsh drugbut used properly it's very effective. Metrogel is also good. I took a more natural route - Oil Control Method - and Aveeno Ultra Calming Lotion is very effective. Anything that has 'calming' in the title. Stay away from Tea tree oil, BP and anything that burns when you apply. I just found a product that I love. Pycnogenol Moisturizing Gel. Great product for Redness. This is one of the products that mentions 'the redness
  5. Hi Zelio I have two patches as you describe under my left eye , and on my right cheek. Cortizone helps but you can't use it all the time. I've found ZINC cream from the baby section to be very effective. Put it on evenings and mornings. Also a supplement of 50 mg of zinc per day is helpful as a adjunct therapy. Can't hurt the prostate either. Bill Wood
  6. I just checked out your website. Very cool! :)

  7. Jen - You're smart enough - it's all there I think Trace it backwards - from the bacteria that causes the pustule to the ingredients in Urine. It's homeopathy so it's backwards - we ingest something in urine that produces the antibody to kill the bacteria. That would work. No ?
  8. maybe 1,740,000 links can't be wrong -- here's a good quote Excerpts from Vol. 5, No. 14 August, 1994 Alternatives For the Health Conscious Individual Just when you think you've heard it all, Urine for another surprise Topical Application ... Most skin disorders, like rashes, psoriasis, eczema, acne, burns, cuts, abrasions, and open wounds respond very favorably to urine. Reportedly urine is also very effective in treating insect bites, irritation from plants (like poison ivy), skin tumors,
  9. Jen - google 'urine therapy' - the process is called 'Uropothy' and it's Homeopathic.
  10. Here's your book Jen and I know you'll buy it .../biomedx.com/urine ..... quote .... The book is entitled, "Your Own Perfect Medicine" by Martha Christy. She has an interesting story to tell. Ms. Christy was sick. Very sick. For a very long time. Pelvic inflammatory disease, ulcerative colitis, Chron's disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, Hashimoto's disease, mononucleosis. She had severe kidney infections, two miscarriages, chronic cystitis, severe candida, endometriosis, adrenal insufficiency,
  11. Hi Jen I'm not a doctor but I do know something about chemistry. 700 posts and 8,000 views on this thread alone. Fascinating reading - and I'm a guy. The premise of using urine or any other waste product on the body is the hope that it will improve the bodies immune system. Putting 'bad' in makes us 'better' And perhaps it does - many have drunk urine for strength, cancer, aids as you have mentioned. Initially it's shocking to some people because Mother Nature gets rid of toxins thru waste
  12. HEY BFG bought my psyllium today - I'l let you know how it goes after I'm done the bottle. Incidentally the prime ingredient in colon cleansing is psyllium. Clean colon - clean face. and perhaps a few more glasses of water. Bill
  13. congratulations on your successful regime. It's certainly much more body friendly that anything else I'v tried.

  14. Actually I think the most important feature of this reg is the psyllium. I don't think I can get Oxy 10 Chill Factor in Canada. Oxy 5 but not 10. I also agree with the saturation point of BP on the skin. You notice you leave it on only 10 min per application. Just the right amount of BP is absorbed. You can put it on and rinse it off at work. Oily skin - this will balance after a month of the ox bar clense. After what this fellow has gone thru he has found his own way - internal cleansin
