  1. I really don't want to type out an really indepth essay, because I know in the middle people would get loss and not read. I just need help with my regimen. Right now I'm washing my face with nutrogena foam wash 2% SA with a baby brush (which now seems to be to harsh on my face), and as a toner I was using 1/2 of water and vinger as a toner, and the 10% BP and then nutrogena spf 15 for a moisturizer. This is the problem, I don't think I'm either using the ACV properly or it's not combing well w
  2. Hey Girly I hope things are going well for you. Get in touch with me when you get the chance.

  3. Wow!! I have truly enjoyed reading about your journey, and please keep up the excellent work. You have a very experiential mind, and I love your attitude toward dealing with this nuisance we call acne. I believe that you are finding excellent ways to help your skin do its job better. I’m on my own experimental journey also. I've kind of just started with what skin is and its purpose. People with acne prone skin have a harder time keeping their pores clean. We have to fight acne from both wa

  6. I really didn't know where to put this question, but I hope I will get some answers. First and foremost, I am a picker but I'm not that bad. Since I've been on the site, I've found safter ways of picking, if I just can't help it. I've chosen to not pick at all. It seem like my regmen is working out perrty well, but I'm still researching and experimenting. I got two bumps on my face, one on each cheek. I see it, and want to pick at it sooooooooooo bad, but I say that would make things worse, and
  7. You go head and vent... Get it all out!!! I can really relate on how so attrative you can be in dim lighting or far away, but when they get up close it's like they're kind of making a decsion if they want to pursue you or not.
  8. Ahhh, I finally figured out how to quote! Anyway, I feel your pain. I haven't had a date in years. I'm 33, soon to be 34. I'm sure no man will ever want me because of my stupid skin. My friends say its not that bad, but I think if that's true then why doesn't anyone ask me out? I'm not overweight, I dress well enough, don't smell . . . and I'm a nice person! I'm sure my confidence has a lot to do with it. But its a catch 22. My lack of confidence makes it hard to get a date; my lack of
  9. I can defintely understand the insecurity issue. It's even harder when you go out with how you're with, and you see someone else with a clear complection. My thing has been going around my ex's friends and family. It's like they wonder why they picked a female acne. Blue

  11. I'm 25. I've been dealing with acne since I was thirteen. I'm hoping that if I stick with it and kind of experement with these different products, that eventually I'll find something that works for me.
  12. What are scars and what are blemishes. Okay I have flat dark circles on my arms and back that I would could consider as a blemish, but it seems as if some are saying it's a scar. What are some effective ways to treat both?
  13. If anyone can tell me the difference between blemishes and scars. Provide any infromation to help reduce the apparence for both. thanksin advance. I’m a 25 year old acne African American woman with oily skin, and I have mild to moderate acne. I’ve suffered with acne since the age of 13, and I’m once again back to find something that fits my unique needs. I have acne on my face, neck, back, chest, and upper arms. I’m still working with the current regimen provided, and it has only bee
