    Getting rid of my acne!!
  1. I've been using the regimen about two weeks now and the bp is flaking up when I go to apply my make up. I changed from foundation to lotion with a tint, still flaking. I thought maybe it was Dan's moisturizer, but I skipped that step this morning since I have tinted moisturizer now and my skin was still flaky. So, it has to be the bp flaking up. It only flakes when I'm applying anything to my face after the bp and/or moisturizer. I'm guessing it's not flaking when I apply the moisturi
  2. Good luck, also if you are not getting vitamin A in your diet, take 1 vitamin A capsule a day, with the omega 3, and also zinc together :) They are work together and are probably the most important vitamins dealing with acne, along with c and b vitamins as well as chromium. :) Will a Centrium A to Zinc vitamin work? Nope, because for one, centrum has a low vit A content. Next, only 20 to 40% is absorbed (the multivitamin). It's best to take vitamin A and Zinc separately in their own

  4. Alright, I purchased my fish oil softgels today. Probably should've gone to GNC but I'm addicted to WalMart. I got the WalMart brand... which I think was mentioned as okay in the beginning of these posts. I had to puchase 250 softgels because all of the smaller bottles were gone. But I figure that's fine since I'll be taking several a day. Now I just have to figure out how many to take. The cannister (yeah, it's no longer a bottle) says 1 softgel is 1000 mg Fish Oil with 300 mg "Natural Om
  5. I totally agree with everyone above. Great idea. Whenever I go to read reviews about anything (cars, apartments, food), I always go straight to the lowest reviews to see what I'm working with and if it's just personal preference or really a horrible deal. And sometimes those reviews are pretty mean, though hilarious to read. That said. "Recommend a Doc" is really great in terms of avoiding legal backlash and more in that can of worms. I guess it's different when you're rating an individual
  6. Thanks NdnRomeo for the quick response! Yeah, I suppose it was the number of males responding to this post that weighed in on my guess that guys had better results with the fish oil capsules. I'm picking up my first supply during the next grocery trip . Now if I could just convince myself to change my overall diet too.... baby steps.
  7. Would it be a safe guess that the fish oil treatments are more effective for guys? I mean, I'm going to try it (of course) but I don't want to get my hopes up too much. Or maybe it'll just be more of a turnaround for guys... Just wondering because of the initial posts about testosterone and androgens. I definitely fit all of the other qualifications concerning blocked follicles and oil!
