  1. 200 mg a day. one pill in the morning and one pill at night.
  2. wow, out of no where, my neck was covered in acne. i was just wondering, what might of caused this and what should i do to get rid of it. right now, im on ProActiv and doxycycline.
  3. well i've been on doxycycline for about a month now and my acne al cleared up. my face is so so smooth. one problem. my face still looks HORRIBLE because of all of the red marks. well, this section is pretty confusing because there are SO many options. can someone please just tell me what i should do to help fade these red marks. what are some of the things that work best?
  4. Im a lifter here too. When you bulk up, your eating an excess amount of calories and thats been shown to cause acne. I read that somewhere on here.

  10. I have been using Proactiv for the past 3 months but im not really seeing any improvement. So, im going to start using Dan's Regimen. I have a question though, will my skin still react harshly to the BP? Or do you think the regimen might work a little faster because ive already built up tolerance against the BP?
  11. hey im new and i have pretty bad acne on my checks and jaw line but all it really is is like little red bumps, no like white tip or anything. what kind of acne is this and whats the best thing for it? i know its hard because there arent any pictures up but im going to try to get some up later. thanks!
