So last month my skin was pure chaos, my cheek was full of pustules and has like 3 active cyst each side it was soooo fucking depressing to see i feel like im gonna cry when im seeing my face in the mirror. So i started to cut out my sugar intake, no chocolates, no junk foods, no processed foods, no sugary drinks and i also track whatever im eating.   9. Im an asian (philippines) and i can't stop eating white rice because it is a part of our everyday meal i mean we eat rice 3x a day and everyday. And because im having breakout its my 5th day of cutting sugar and gluten the best as i can. I only eat fruits,vegetables and fish and taking vit c and multivitamin. Is limiting my rice intake a day will help? I mean one cup of rice a day? because i cannot not eat rice in a day bc i need energy.
