  2. I've noticed that cutting out milk makes me break out less, but then I have this dilemma: where can I get the calcium? I am only 15 and still developing. Sorry for turning this into a nutrition question, first of all. Calcium supplements? I've asked my dad and he said that I'm full of shit. He tells me - "I'm 40 and I don't even need it. You read too much information and are becoming paranoid." So, does anyone have suggestions on "clean sugar" calcium sources?

  8. I am one guy that used to have moderate acne (used to have lots of P.Acne, never cysts or nodules). I've tried Dan Potter's regimen and I must say that it might work for others, but it seemed to work way too slow for me (yes, I've waited for weeks). Over many months of trial and error, I have created my own regimen which works perfectly and very quickly for me.
