  1. That's a good idea to switch laundry detergents. I had never gotten acne on my cheeks until i started buying simple pleasure laundry detergent. It smells sooooooo good but it kills my skin. After i figured this out I switched to a laundry detergent for sensitive skin...its what they use for baby clothes...and it's getting alot better.
  2. Yeah my skin got itchy and red on my nose before I started using anything on it... Thanks for the info though. I'm am going to try a diff laundry detergent because nothing else I have done works. I'v seen the acid is pretty hard on it though. So I might cut back to every other day.
  3. I don't think you should be putting moisturizer on your nose unless its really dry. After a hot shower, take paper towel between your fingers, and gently squeeze out all the blackheads. This works for me! Ok thanks, I'll try that. But not sure if it will work because my blackheads are not really surface ones... and there on every single pore. Maybe I'll just stick with the 2% beta hydroxy acid for a few weeks.

  5. Hello all. I was wondering if anyone uses Anti Bacterial facesoap, what the best is, if they think it works, and if it drys there skin out at all? I have heard alot about this but not seen too much info on it. Right now I just use cetaphil 2x a day for washing my face, and clindamycin topical lotion. Any info would be great. Thanks
  6. I would like someones opinion on this? I use to have like 1 or 2 blackheads on my nose. Then for a few nights I put some cetaphil moisturizer on it. Now the entire thing is blackheads. It's been a month or 2 probably. What do you guys think I should do about it, just leave it? I bought some 2% Beta Hydroxy and thought I would give that a try. Thanks
  7. I have been reading up a little. I think it may be Folliculitis. Either Barber's itch or Tinea barbae. I do recall shaving with my razor w/o showering or shaving cream about the time i started I think. And if I pull the skin apart, i can see tiny white dots. It matches with the description of one of these. So either bacteria or fungus. Im going to the doctor Tuesday. Hopfully I can convince him and he gives me something to try. I just can't see the cyst or nodule because there is no bum
  8. I would have to say flush. my derm is a quack doctor. she looked at it for 2 second and told me thats its acne, im like i dont think so. Then she goes well what do u think it is? I felt like saying how should I know I never went to college for this? Then every time I go in, she says its getting better... yeah bs she just wants more of my money. 9. Hello, im a 21 year old male. About 9 months ago my chin got a pink spot on it the size of a quarter. It itches most of the time.
