  1. Ahh that picking website looks amazing, haha...I am a habitual skin picker. I don't know what it is. If I have a scab on my knee, I will pick at it until it's gone. If I don't have something to keep my hands busy during class (taking notes usually helps), I'll start picking at my cuticles. If I see stuff on my face...I'll pick at that too Terrible habit, so maybe this will help. Keeping dirty hands off your face makes a huge difference, I know...so thanks so much for that site! I'm alrea
  2. Oh and one more thing...I've been really bad about picking at my face lately The urine thing works so much better if you keep your hands off your face!! Easier said than done, I know...sometimes you can't help it.
  3. I feel ya on the wrinkles thing! I felt like all those meds were ruining my already sun weathered skin. Anyways, I FINALLY got back into my routine of applying it 2-3 times a day, but I haven't had much results. The first time I tried this a month ago, it worked wonders. This may be due to a few other reasons. I'm not using the Apricot Scrub that I used to use before I applied the urine...I'm just using a regular face wash AND I'm as stressed as can be with school. I'm continuing to brea
  4. thanks for the encouragement ill hopefully have an update on my new clear skin in a few days...
  5. my skin looks terrible i haven't been consistent on the urine thing which i need to be....im back at school so i stay so busy during the day i forget to drink as much water as i used to. so like before bed, i wont have to pee...so i cant do the urine treatment. yeah i know its my fault, so im working on it also ive found that cotton balls work the best. i tried q-tips, and i dunno what it is, but i dont get that same tight feeling on my face as i do with the cotton balls. ugh...i really
  6. Jen, I think it's interesting that you have success with other prescriptions, such as Differin. I've tried everything, but none of them seem to work for me. And they feel so harsh on my skin! I've been a swimmer since I was like 2, so my skin is already more weathered looking than most and I felt like the acne products were making it even worse. My face feels great with this treatment! haha Hopefully we'll both stick with with it.
  7. No good news for my update I flew back to school a week ago and everything has been really hectic. I was doing really good with applying it 3 times a day, but once I moved back to school I never got around to it. So unfortunatley I started breaking out a bit again (just little stuff and one cyst), so I started back up with the 3x a day app yesterday. The cyst is already have the size...so this time I'm gonna actually keep it up!
  8. Another update! (I can't help it...I've been trying to get rid of this stuff for 8 years, I'm a bit impatient!) My skin definitely looks better. It's a bit smoother and the bigger stuff cleared up really fast (like those nasty cysts), so it's a lot easier to make my face look clear with make up! I did pick at my chin a bit yesterday, so that's the only major stuff I have left, along with the pinkish scars. A lot of my pores are still clogged though. I can never seem to get rid of the clogge
  9. Well, I'd much rather put my own urine on my face than salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. Here's some more from Wikipedia, on HUMAN urine: "Aztec physicians used urine to clean external wounds to prevent infection, and administered it as a drink to relieve stomach and intestine problems. Purported beneficiaries of the 'urine cure' include Mohandas K. Gandhi, Jim Morrison, and Steve McQueen. Its medicinal properties have also been used in China as a part of holistic medicine, and in India, es
  10. I'm gonna need some motivation to keep going until I actually see some results :( I've only tried it twice so far (I started today), but everytime I go in I'm like ughh why am I doing this again? My face does feel better afterwards though...a bit smoother/tighter! Hopefully rubbing urine all of my face will be worth it...I'll keep you all updated on the results :)
  11. Jen, it only took you about 5 minutes to convince me to try this. I'm an almost 21 year old female and I've had acne since I was 13. Usually it's only mild, but in the past week I've had 3 cysts pop up out of no where! I've been told for yeaaaars that I'm going to "grow out of it", but I'm almost officially an adult! I've tried every single acne product out there from Differin to Accutane to Proactiv (the last time I went to the derm, he was like "Well, you've tried everything out there so I'
