  1. you guys are nuts, i spend around $30-$35 a week on food. just keep it simple, buy what's on sale. i can't afford to buy organic, but at least i'm not eating frozen cheese tacos every day.

  3. i would never wear a shoe that slows me down. most of the time i prefer to wear no shoes at all but if you just gotta wear heels, i agree with alternativista: find a height that feels comfortable.

  8. i'm not sure it's a good idea to layer azelaic acid and bp. did your derm tell you to do it that way? when i started using azelaic acid i dropped the bp altogether and my skin improved rapidly. anyway, using azelaic acid alone might lessen the burning.
