you guys are nuts, i spend around $30-$35 a week on food. just keep it simple, buy what's on sale. i can't afford to buy organic, but at least i'm not eating frozen cheese tacos every day.

i would never wear a shoe that slows me down. most of the time i prefer to wear no shoes at all but if you just gotta wear heels, i agree with alternativista: find a height that feels comfortable.

i eat popcorn all the time because i'm poor and it's cheap. might not be too good for my health, but it definitely doesn't break me out.

my parents make sausage at home, and it is divine.

my skin's not perfect yet, but i stopped wearing makeup anyway. it feels soooo good, i highly recommend it. i don't even feel self conscious about it anymore, and i have a sneaking suspicion that no one can even tell the difference.

i'm not sure it's a good idea to layer azelaic acid and bp. did your derm tell you to do it that way? when i started using azelaic acid i dropped the bp altogether and my skin improved rapidly. anyway, using azelaic acid alone might lessen the burning.

i've been taking an herbal supplement called vitex, which is derived from the chasteberry. After two months my skin is looking much better. My skin condition very much correlates with my menstrual cycle, but for the two months I've been on the supplement my skin has been steadily improving. Of course, i think most of that is due to the topical I've been using (finacea) but i think the vitex is definitely helping to keep me clear during my period. incidentally, i believe vitex also helps women to
