  1. you guys are nuts, i spend around $30-$35 a week on food. just keep it simple, buy what's on sale. i can't afford to buy organic, but at least i'm not eating frozen cheese tacos every day.

  8. i'm not sure it's a good idea to layer azelaic acid and bp. did your derm tell you to do it that way? when i started using azelaic acid i dropped the bp altogether and my skin improved rapidly. anyway, using azelaic acid alone might lessen the burning.
  9. i've been taking an herbal supplement called vitex, which is derived from the chasteberry. After two months my skin is looking much better. My skin condition very much correlates with my menstrual cycle, but for the two months I've been on the supplement my skin has been steadily improving.
