  1. There is an initial break out stage a lot of times with Epiduo. A lot of times your skin has to purge if your pores are clogged. BUT the wash could be breaking you out. I am now restarting Epiduo Forte in conjunction with natural, gentle skin care products. The sodium laurel sulfate in the wash could be breaking you out. On a scale of 1 to 5, Sodium Laurel sulfate is a 5, being highy likely to make people break out.
  2. Don't give up! I know it's easier said that done, but the thing is, if you end your life, there is no chance of how you feel getting better or even your acne. Life does get better, even if your acne doesn't. You'll make it. I'm sure your acne will get better. Good luck, friend.
  3. I'm in the same boat! I'm trying so hard to get clear skin, but I know it takes time. I just turned 22 and went to the dermatologist at the beginning of the summer. I have light to moderate acne on my face and hyperpigmitation on my face, chest, arms, and backs (I used to have body acne too). My face also tends
  5. I have skin redness too. I'm not sure what causes mine. I'm dealing with trying to get rid of a breakout right now and hyperpigmitation so my focus is all on that right now. Haha. You saying that it gets worse when you are anxious and or stressed makes me think it could be due to high blood pressure. My dad's face and ears get red when his blood pressure is up. I do the same thing. You might want to get checked for it. Best of luck.
