  1. I ended up going with the Neutrogena Lotion for sensitive skin that is fragerance free. I also noticed that when using a certain laproche product (efferin) for my face wash I was breaking out. I noticed the difference because I also have a laproche face wash that is fragerence free. I'm pretty upset because the efferin was suggested by a dermatologist I had been using. He was also the one that suggested I use retina micro. I'm pretty upset at this - mostly disappointed that a product he was
  2. Thanks for the tip CatWhisperer. I had been using cold water to dilute the tea tree oil. Good idea or bad idea? Question to everyone - I am very very close to running out of my la-proche moisturizer. Anyone have any good moisturizers they want to recommend? I like la-proche but it's pretty expensive, and i'm not sure where to get it where i live (I had been living in northern virginia for work, but I'm not there any more).
  3. Took the day off from work and wanted to update everyone how things were going. I only used Paula's twice last week as I was noticing some irritation. Started agian Sunday, using it every other day. I feel like my skin (forhead, as it is the only place I'm using it) is getting used to the product. I haven't noticed any new whiteheads (like there were in the first few weeks) and it also looks like it is working. I'm hoping it continues at this pace, I'm really impressed. Although it isn'
  4. Thanks for the suggestions Fiyero. I am actually thinking of laying off the tea tree oil. Took Thursday off cause Paula's was irratating me last week. But used it again last night. No irratation so far today, but I haven't been eyeing myself in the mirror today either. I'll know how I feel tomorrow. Thinking about waiting until Wenesday to use it. Until then...
  5. I wonder if my skin is getting irratated to Paula's? Trying to figure out if it is right for me - should I cut back my doesage of 1 application every other day or just cut it out all together. Days I use tea tree oil I definetly feel refreshed and don't feel any irratation in my forehead. Anyone had irritation because of Paula's?
  6. What haven't you liked about it? This thread makes it seem like the wonder cure all.
  7. Used Paula's agian last night. Not noticing a big change, and honestly I feel like the tea tree oil is helping more than the exfoliant. I'm also developing whiteheads on my forehead. I will keep at it. I was hoping to use the exfoliant every night, but since I'm not seeing the results I want, I'm going to stay with every other night (rotating tea tree oil and Paula's).
  8. Still not sure about Paula's but feeling good today. Last night I did end up using the tea tree oil. I'm a fan of it, it isn't clearing me up but does "feel" like it is working (nice tingling and clean feeling). Tonight I will be applying the Paula's agian. Not a big change to the appearance of my forehead (my only problem area).
  9. You think retin a micro will get rid of the small bumps? My dermatologist prescribed some, but I haven't used it. I'm pretty worried about the side affects.
  10. July 20, 2007 Used Paula's agian last night for the 3rd time. Noticing a few more pimples, not sure if this is from the weekend or is from Paula's. Tonight I will just wash (or may use tea tree oil, but I am thinking of taking that out. Haven't decided). Tuesday I will re-apply Paula's agian. Morning - Wash with Laproche and moisturize with Laproche Night - Wash with Laproche, apply Paula's every other night, and apply cold wet face cloth to face.

  13. Would Paula's Choice BHA 2% gel be a good exfoliant. I am not on Dan's regimen. Here is what I do: Morning: Wash and Moisturize with scent free La-Proche products (saw a dermatologist a few weeks ago and he recommended them) Night: Wash with La-Proche and apply tea tree oil with wet cotton ball to my forehead. I've noticed improvement with using tea tree oil, but it is defiently not perfect. I also go to sleep with a cold face cloth over my forehead. I have purchased Paula's choice bu
  14. I have the same thing...It drives me crazy. I have only had this for about 6 months, before then my forehead was fine.
