  1. Here is a good site I found that explains the benefits of Vitamin A *Moderator edit, URL removed - read the board rules. * Vitamin C for acne. I don't know what kind of skin you have, but the Forte is working good for me. My face is much less oily. I am not sure which of the minerals or vitamins this is a result of. My best guess would be the Vitamin A. If you have a relatively dry skin, I think the Junior is worth a try.
  2. Good news and bad news. I am certainly seeing improvement in my skin. However, it did get slightly worse for 3-4 days. I think that it was probably because of the antioxidants.
  3. My sister used glycolic acid and it helped improve her uneven skin tone.
  4. I have not used it but did order the tablets. Pretty inexpensive and looks like it will make a difference.
  5. You guys have to take a look at how this little girl's skin improved. http://www.zinplexskin.com/testimonials.htm. (Note it might be a little graphic for some) I am not sure what she had. Eczema maybe?
  6. Removing it would defeat the purpose of this site. The girl that started the thread is sharing a product that worked for her with us. Which is what the forum is about.
  7. I can't say for certain. I have a friend in Australia who orders online from them so I don't think you would have a problem ordering from them in Europe.
  8. I dont think that it's a bad product. You have to keep in mind that something that works for someone else might not work for you.
  9. Try clearcomplex. I found it on these forums on another thread and got it. I don't know how bad your skin is, but mine is not extremely severe. I have acne on my cheeks and my chin and this has helped clear it up.
  10. It looks like a relatively new product because I cant find a whole lot of information on it.
  11. There's a thread in the over the counter medications section about a supplement from Purivol called ClearComplex. I have not tried it, but nyugirl says it has helped alot with her acne.
  12. Looks healthy but seams like it would make my body feel uncomfortable
  13. have you tried looking for smaller tablets that release quicker?
