  1. How come you're not taking the liquids? That's what I do in the regimen :) I am not sure how some people react to the fillers in the capsules, I have heard some people react negatively and end up getting more acne because of it, I am not entirely sure how true this may be but I can understand it. So next time just get liquid fish oil. Also where is the cod liver oil? That is really important, remember to follow the regimen to a DOT if possible. Also look on the back of the olive oil bottle
  2. Yes It's a bad idea, because the big part of meal 1 supplements dissolve in fat. So if u don't eat nothing the supplements won't be absorbed with high efficiency.

  4. Hi NdnRomeo! I have started your regimen, but some thing is not clear. What is the dosage of the fish oil and the olive oil? I take 5 fish oil(omega-3) capsules every morning after the breakfast with the vitamins. In total:EPA 675 mg , DHA 450 mg (total omega-3: 1275). Is it enough? What is your dosage? I take also with the foods in all 4 tsp olive oil (2 teaspoon in morning 2 teaspoon in evening). That is ok? My last question: How many times when I can see result? In your case? Thank u very
