    Here's the other side of my face. I have now been on a vegetarian diet for 21 days with no meat, fish and grains. I still eat some dairy. I will try to add fish to my diet when my red marks have faded. I'm not looking forward to it because I'm afraid to mess up my clear skin. But if I have to stay on a "special diet" for the rest of my life because of acne, I don't want to avoid any food if it's not necessary.

  4. If you have tried all that in a period of 3 months, even avoiding all types of food, you probably haven't done it long enough. Or tried too many things at the same time. Do you have severe acne? If you have then you probably will be put on accutane. I don't think you'll get it if you have mild acne. Good luck!
  5. After keeping a food log and taking pics of my problem areas on my face everyday, I've learned that I have to be careful with meat/fish. I've also learned that coffee and chocolate doesn't affect my skin!!!

I used to eat salads a lot, but now I've stopped because I get hungry again 15 min after eating one.   10. I was about to reply to this yesterday, but then I noticed you didn't say if you put it in the freezer or not. I think it's safe to eat it raw if you put it in the freezer. It will kill parasites or viruses. At least that's what I've heard.
  11. I didn't do a kidney cleanse before I started. Using lemons instead of grapefruit is fine too. I did my 3rd liver cleanse this weekend and I used lemons this time. I regret not taking a photo of my face before trying this. I only have red marks left and my skin looks amazing.
  12. Here's how I do the cleanse: I start the day with a no-fat breakfast and lunch. I just eat fruit. 2:00 PM. I do no eat after 2 o'clock. I mix 4 tbs. Epsom salt and 3 cups of water in a jar. This makes four servings, 3/4 cup each. I set the jar in the refrigerator to get ice cold. 6:00 PM. I drink one serving (3/4 cup) You will not feel hungry at all after drinking it. 8:00 PM.   13. I didn't take Black Walnut Tincture, ornithine capsules and HCI. I only use the olive oil, grapefruit and epsom salt with water. I'm going to do my 3rd liver cleanse this weekend. My left cheek is completely clear and my right cheek has two small "bumps" under the skin and some red marks. I hope more people will try this if changing the diet alone has not worked for them.

  15. yeah, I know! I'll continue to do them until I stop passing stones (if that's even possible, lol). Then I'll do them 2-4 times a year maybe? I think they are so easy and quick to do that it doesn't matter how many times I have to do them. I just love what is happening to me, lol!

  17. I did my second liver cleanse this weekend and my cystic acne is going away. It's amazing! Not only is my acne going away, but I can also eat food that used to give me stomach problems.   20. Hi! I'm from Norway as well! I did my first liver flush last weekend. I found out that epsom salt is the same as English salt (jeg gikk innom Apoteket og spurte etter Engelsk salt. De bestilte inn en boks til meg som kostet rundt 170 kroner). Good luck with the liver flush. I'm having my second one next weekend.
  21. I read about the alkaline diet this summer and tried it for several months. It cleared up the cystic acne on my cheeks. I ate raw broccoli and carrots with a dip after work every day. But the broccoli caused too much bloating so I decided not to eat it as much. Then the acne came back, even though I was still on the alkaline diet.   22. I decided to try this since my acne suddenly got worse, even though I only eat healthy food. I took my first liver flush this weekend and it wasn't as scary as I thought it would be. I stopped eating at 2:00pm yesterday and after I took my first glass of epsom salt, I wasn't hungry at all. Not even this morning! I slept well but did wake up a few times.
