  1. So does anybody find this too. I've done 2 crosses. I have quite a few tiny enlarged pores/scars. Well I did the ones that bothered me the most. Some days though I don't think I see much improvement, one I think may have even gotten larger, but of course that is still early in the healing stage. But than I look and ones that really bothered me before I can barley find anymore cause they have improved so much. Are there some regardless of size that will just be more stubborn than others. I
  2. Hey guys. Back again. I just did a few more crosses. Honestly I don't think I let the toothpick soak enough the first time around. I think I was being very safe being it was my first time, but this time I let it soak for about 10 minutes before doing the crosses. I only did about 5. The last round the ones on my nose look really really good. There was another one on my upper cheek that was really bad that I wanted to redo, but when I went to redo it I could barley find it. Quite amazing r
  3. Hey guys can anyone tell me if using a vitamin A cream two weeks prior helps with the results. I am all healed now and just waiting to see if they improve even more with some time and than I will do another round. Also has anyone done a TCA peel with a much less dose for the full face. I was thinking of maybe doing a full face of like 12% (which I already have) before doing the cross again to help with the overall tone. Has anyone done one and what type of results did you have.
  4. http://novaclinic.com.au/?tx=6KK34341MT446...P4qWQDtUnG18%3d This is the link (I think) for where I purchased mine. It seems really long I know, but its called the Nova Clinic. [email protected] That is the email address to contact them, so if the above is not a link to the home page just email them for information. I got the kit which costs $71.00 dollars, which comes with antibacterial cream, the toothpicks, gloves, etc. but not really needed I didn't think. I used my own toothpi
  5. Ok I am actually starting to love my results. It goes back and forth on certain days, but definite all over improvement. This is actually the first thing that I have done that has gotten me this hopefull (and has not cost a ton of money too). I know the improvement is not dramatic but in time and with a few treatment I believe it might be. A month ago I was going through the bad phase where you don't really want to go anywhere or anything cause you hate your skin. I am now having a good ph
  6. Thanks for the info on the wrinkle she tried to fill. I remember you saying in an earlier post the she decided to do that an almost tried it on myself but I am glad I waiting to hear how yours worked out. Keep me updated on that please cause it still might fill in and if thats the case I might try it at least with something less than 100%. The weird thing is there are days where i think some look worse and than the next day I will think they look better. I am definitely a little improved fro
  7. All my scabs are definitely gone now. Its strange, the ones I see the most improvement on are a few on my nose I did, but going back on the other thread I remember someone else seen hardly any improvement on one on their nose. Other ones I am up in the air on. I think some reduced. A few appear worse (which really aren't, they are just dark now) but do not seem that much better either. I know with time they reduce and being I am older it will be slower. So I am going to give it more time,
  8. Yes, well us older ones have to wait even longer from everything i've read. Most of the scabs are gone now with just a few stray crusts. I think some are looking better and I am trying not to overlook cause sometime if you don't bother with it and look in a few days the improvement is more noticeable than if I sit there and constantly stare at them. Well as far as recovery I am pretty much done, so I will post and hopefully be able to update that the collagen production has kicked in also.
  9. Wow, thats great that your results are so dramatic. I am hoping for the same. Still alot of little scabs. They are more of a yellowish color now and not as dark as they were and alot more have fallen off and same result, they look worse cause they are darker. I am not worried at all though. I know they are not worse. I did not go to the beach this weekend as I had planned because I am still a little scared even with the 70 sunscreen. I still get color when I use sunscreen, even if its no
  10. Oh I will not forget the sunscreen. I was just worried that maybe the sunscreen wasn't enough, but I will definitely get the 70 and I also have a 45 which comes in a stick, almost like a wax so it seems like it is a little thicker and may stay on better. Well today my little scabs seem much more noticeable. I did go out to eat after work, but luckily the place was very dark. I don't look that great at the moment and I do see where one feel off the appearance looks worse, which I know it is n
  11. Happy birthday Wynne. I am 37 myself so thanks for that information because it seems like the 6/8 weeks other people are doing are not enough for us. Though so far my skin seems to be reacting pretty well to this. Probably because I was a smoking till this past year and I am sure everything I did prior to this I had a slower healing time and it just seems faster now. Unfortunately my skin is still 37 and will not react like a 20 year olds (all you lucky younger ones, lol) The little scabs o
  12. well I definitely have little scabs in the pores. I did exercise today but it didn't seem to have any affect on them. The last thing I want to do it get out of shape because than I will be upset about my skin and my weight, lol. I did a few more tonight because the scabs are so tiny they wouldn't prevent me from going out at all and if they have a good result I want to be able to do them all again in 6/8 weeks if need be. (hopefully I won't need to do but a few by than (keeping my fingers
  13. I am pretty sure they do it to hide scars. I actually had my eyebrows done. It is a different ink that they use on an actual tatoo and you have to get them touched up every few years. Mine definitely need a touchup at this point. If you are going to do it I would suggest you just do a small area first to see what you think of the outcome being it is pretty permanent. You need touchups but they don't fade completely. Like my eyebrows are not defined as they were when they were first done, b

  15. Well being that I am older in my mid thirties I don't get as many comments as when I was younger, but recently had an ex boyfriend that just would not go away so after so many months of his phone calls and text messages and all I just told him I was dating someone cause I figure that way he would just go away. Well his response was "whatever butterface". Now first of all like I said I am older and so is he. This is a grown man with a child making these comments. I just said thats why I left
