  1. I did have hair thinning slightly but i had so before taking b5, can't conclude that b5 was the main cause, so i supplement biotin when i take b5 to maintain hair growth. anyway you can find pantothenic acid by going to vitminshoppe.com and etc. im currently upping my omega3s and lowering b5 to 3g a day and taking biotin with it along with other supps. lates.
  2. Didn't have a chance to check out the threads, actually b5 did help keep my skin maintained but not perfect. Till recently i had a few nodules, not cysts actually. So in looking around i came about the omega3 thread, i already took 3 1g 3-6-9 pills a day, but saw that people needed omega3's only and 6 and 9 affects acne? so that flagged me to stop the 3-6-9. So at this point i'm thinking of doing 6 to 9g of omega 3's only, i already know i'm fine with the omega3-6-9 in terms of allergies. A
  3. whats the side effects of b5? that cant be solved? ive been on on it since end of april to now i overcame the stomach issues and the hair thinning wasn't really any different from before i took b5. omega 6 in this content is 540mg of linoleic acid and 265 of GLA. I just bought omega3 from costco so gonna try to up the dose on that and take less b5 probably only 1g of b5 when i eat. What do you guys think? oh btw how do i change my displayed name, kinda made that on the spur.
  4. on 100% for sure, and i also take muscle milk which is great before i sleep cause i cant take casein protein. Sure it has iodine, but so far i cannot conclude iodine in low doses does anything to your skin. matter of opinion i guess. peace.
  5. I was trying to find the answer to my Maca root question, that supposedly is high in iodine but treats hormonal acne? so wtf? If anything go with soy milk.
  6. ive been taking puritan pride 3-6-9 and according to this thread you should always maintain a positive balance of 3-6. What if your diet consists of only fruits and veggies fish and chicken. the balance in chicken is slightly higher in 6 then 3 but anyway Should i up the dosage on my 3-6-9 to see better results and take less of b5?

  8. crosspost in adult acne I heard maca is a good supplment to handle hormonal balances, but i researched its high in iodine. Isn't that something we should avoid? or is there no real link in iodine and acne. I came to the conclusion its dairy in general not the high level of iodine in dairy? currently im taking muscle milk which has a 52mcg of iodine. And trying Maca Root which is known to have high iodine content.

  13. saw palm lowers test so not sure how this impacts my lifting, i feel that maca might be the better alternative. any thoughts?
  14. i was eating grapefruit but that was like only two in the past 3 days, odd, could never have suspected that but then again i have no history of allergies to anything though.
