  1. Amazing for my Hormonal acne

I've been using Glycolic Acid 10% Lotion (Mexican brand) Its not abrasive, it dries pimples and prevents break outs. I had mild to moderacte acne. My skin is fantastic.

    Amazing

    Amazing

I tried licorice tea for other health problems (UTI, low blood presure). I couln't believe that my skin look so gooood. And it helps with anxiety and deppression. I love it. However, I take a week off every month. If you try it, be sure to check your blood presure, it induces hypertension.

    Pretty good so far

    Pretty good so far

I've tried out TONS of natural products for over a year. I normally develop mild acne during my period. Since a week ago I've been taking probiotics and I'm surprised with the results. My skin is 98% better.
  5. It caused cystic acne on chest, back and neck

I have moderate acne that develops only during my fertile days, so its hormonal. The first month I took 1 tbsp daily of maca powder, in the 2nd and 3rd month I took one capsule (500 mg). Not only it made my acne worse but it spread to my chest, back and neck. I wasn't taking other supplements. The few benefits I discovered for women: it improves libido and regulates the menstrual cycle.

    Fantastic

    Fantastic

This lotion does wonders for skin, it works as a moisturizer, makeup primer, sunscreen and oil control lotion. It dries and heals pimples. However, I have hormonal acne so it doesn't prevent break outs. Just an advice: dont apply too much if you're going out, unless you want to look like you're wearing a "Goth white" powder cream.

Not a cure but it helps

Not a cure but it helps

Make sure to include a healthy diet, water and tea (instead of coffee).
  8. Its not that strong for my hormonal acne

I drank 4 cups a day for 2 months. No improvements whatsoever. Its good for anxiety tough. Also, drinking that amount of tea is exhausting.
  9. Mild acne and sensitive skin

I used Retin A 0.05% cream for two weeks and got clear skin after one week. I didn't have harmful effects, except that my face got darker and red, even though I took every precaution (sunscreen/hat). I live in a very sunny place, so definitely not worth it. Advice: I've been using Glycolic Acid 10% Lotion. Its not abrasive, I dont wear sunscreen and my skin is amazing.
  10. For hormonal acne (Organic Ground Flaxseed)

My daily dosage: 3 tablespoons of Organic Ground Flaxseed. I struggled with severe depression and anxiety for 10 years. As you may know, having acne only made me feel worse. I took the pill and spironolactone and even though I had clear skin I wasn't happy. I knew I had hormone problems and recently I discovered I suffer from PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) hence these terrible symptoms. I found out on the internet that Flaxseed mimics estrogens. After two months, my skin wa

I applied Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with water for one month. I didn't see any improvements. Also, the smell is awful.
  12. It does not work for my hormonal acne

    I drank 3 cups a day for 3 months. I didn't see any improvements.

    Didn't work

its too irritating for my sensitive skin and the smell is awful. I replaced it with honey & lemon face mask. The change is fantastic.

    Varicose Veins

    Varicose Veins

I'd never recommend this pill to anyone. I have PCOS and took the pill for 5 years. I went from moderate acne to perfect clear skin in two months. In the beginning everything was fine, then 2 years later I felt so depressed I couldn't get out of bed. Also I noticed varicose veins in my legs and other side effects like mood swings, anxiety and grumpiness. Remember: once you quit the pill your acne will come back worse.

    Treating hormonal acne

    Treating hormonal acne

I had moderate acne so I was prescribed 100 mg a day. After two weeks I had clear skin. I didn't have any harmful effects but after two years I had irregular, almost absent periods and I started to have constant heartburn. Also, Aldactone is very expensive. Definitely its not a long-term treatment.
