  1. guys, I wish I had seen the info on pantethine before starting b5 powder 10 days ago. I have had moderate acne for 30 years... had 4 rounds of accutane.   4. I have recently started vitamin b5 treatment and it is close to a miracle. My history: I am 44 and have had moderate acne since I was 13. I've seen a dermatologist for over 30 years!!! I've been on antibiotics, retin a, benzoyl peroxide, and 4 rounds of accutane over the years.
