  1. Its tablespoons, everyone! Theres a huge difference between the two, so having little success while taking only teaspoons means nothing. Go to page two or three and Moojamba clarifies, saying tablespoons rather than teaspoons. And for the record, I'm 18 yrs old and i've had some good results with this regimen.
  2. i've really bought into the holistic regimen, but don't know how to get rid of blackheads with using some topicals. Any holistic/natural solutions? thanks
  3. I was just about to post that it seems like the oil-inhibiting effects of the Omega 3's have been wearing off lately when i read a post that NUTS eclipse what the fish oil is doing. I work at a bar and there are bowls of peanuts everywhere. I realized they're only legumes, but are they potentially bad for my oil production? Also are there any other foods beside nuts that could be potentially bad. I thought i had this acne diet down, but more "NOs" just keep popping up. All i feel safe with are
  4. i've been using the baby brush for probably 2 and a half weeks now and i can say my acne is definitely better, but i dont think im completely maximizing the brush's potential. A few questions for anyone to answer. 1. How long does everyone use it? - i've been told to see what works best but im curious what others do and its effectiveness 2. What kind of motions? - once again, i've been told to experiment, but i would love to hear others users' techniques thought i'd try again...http://www.ac
  5. nothings been said on this topic for a while and im really wondering about ACV's effectiveness. who has it worked for? how much should i take for the greatest benefit?
  6. so i dont understand anything about ratios and omega6 and how to balance it all out. And im wondering if i take 4g of omega3's everyday and not worry about the ratios will my oil still decrease dramatically?

  8. I've been on the baby brush for a week and my inflammatory acne is definitely subsiding, but that might just be cuz of the fish oil. I like the exfoliation however im not sure if im doing it right. How long should i do it for? (one person said 3 min, and then other posts make it sound quick) What kinds of strokes? How firm should i be? Thanks so much and thankyou especially to Romeo for being so helpful.
  9. I'm extremely interested in holistic health methods to clear my face up and have currently abandoned all topicals and simply cleanse with Purpose, exfoliate with a baby brush and supplement with fish oil. After reading so many threads on diet though, im extremely confused as to what foods i CAN eat. All i see is "avoid" and having never examined my diet or that of others, im unsure of what to do. Can anyone explain to me some beneficial foods? a list of diet habits? I guess i need it all simpli
  10. Can i exfoliate using the baby brush without using a cleanser afterwards? I've been using Dan's for a while and it seems to overdry my skin. Could simply warm water cleansing and then exfoliation coupled with fish oil be an effective regimen?
  11. So i've been on fish oil for the past couple of weeks (Carlson - 4g per day) and have just begun to exfoliate. However, whenever i get out of the shower certain parts of my face become dry. I've temporarily stopped using Dan's cleanser to see if this is the problem. Could it be that i'm overexfoliating when doing it twice a day? or is Dan's cleanser just overdrying when coupled with the baby brush technique?
