Hi Richie Rich, A while ago last year we ran into some trouble with packages being stopped at the border demanding a fine of $200 per package as we weren't labeling products according to the standard that some countries wanted. We are now in line with international standards, however this means more import taxes are being charged to our customers.   7. Hi d0rkster, Thank you for your question. I would guess, and UPS can confirm this, that your order was subject to customs fees/taxes when it was brought across the border into your country. These fees/taxes are charged after the package has been shipped, so sadly it is not something we can charge for ahead of time. If you are curious to learn more about the fees, I would ask your UPS driver to show you what the charges are for. They should be able to give you an accurate accounting. I

  13. Hi Jfall, Depending on where you are seeing the "Processing" status, it may be a misnomer. Usually once the payment clears, the order is shipped out the next business day. We always send out a shipment confirmation e-mail to the address associated with the order, so you may want to check your junk mail or spam folder to see if it is there.
