What can I do about this

My acne has gotten way better but I have been left over with these red spots... What is the best treatment for them?I use benzaclin at night and Tretinoin in the afternoon along with a honey/lemon mask THIS IS A BEFORE AND AFTER 3 months... what do u guys think?

I had ankle surgery on December ,and in January I broke out like crazy. I had never had such mild acne before. I would get a pimple here and there , but it would heal extremely fast and I wouldn't get any marks whatsoever; I'm guessing because it's because I was so active. Now, I am left over with these dark, red marks. I have been on Benzaclin and Tretinoin since February and I see no results. Why did I suddenly become prone to this? I'm losing my self esteem day in and day out and it sucks. I
