  1. Those just look like healthy pores to me, if you see any gunk come out of them when you squeeze then those are sebaceous fillaments and are a normal part of your skin (which mostly get mistaken for blackheads).
  2. People who do consume dairy doesn't exactly mean they all meet todays calcium RDA's. Eating a varied diet of vegetables, nuts, canned fish can easily meet requirements without dairy.
  3. I take 22mg of zinc picolinate near enough every day and noticed softer/smoother skin within 2-3 days of taking them. I don't think you need to worry about copper levels too much unless you are taking high doses of zinc (50mg).
