  2. Hey everyone! So...over the past couple of years I've been observing my skin. I have come to the conclusion that my diet has by been the reason why my acne keeps coming back. I know 100% that it's the sugary foods I've been eating. It's just so hard to stay away from sweet stuff. It's an addiction.   3. I have discovered an amazing skin care line called Suki about a month ago. I've been using their Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser 3 times a week in the evening before bed in place of my regular cleanser (dove soap). It has done a tremendous job at brightening up my face and the acne marks that I've been dreading to get rid of for a long time!   9. dove soap (original) does an awesome job. it cleans your skin really well and doesn't irritate it. purpose gentle cleansing wash is also another great cleanser. it's best for normal/oily or combination skin. It removes makeup, cleans impurities and dirt off your face.   12. oh and i forgot one thing, it's best NOT to use the same moisturizer that you use in the morning because it has SPF and specifically meant to keep your skin protected from the sun and moisturized throughout the day. instead, get cetaphil moisturizing lotion and jojoba oil...if you're experiencing dryness...then this will definitely help
  13. no, it most definitely won't dry your skin out at all. It actually gets rid of any tightness or dryness you may feel after washing your face with a cleanser. I use basically the same products as you. The purpose gentle cleansing wash and olay complete are good choices. It will work well with your regimen.
  14. I think that a toner definitely helps. Witch Hazel is your best bet. I use the Dickinson's brand and it's amazing. Keeps my skin super clean and free of any dirt and oil. I find that it also helps shrink my pores and pimples. It makes my skin more radiant and glowy.
  15. Use Purpose Gentle Cleansing Wash! It's very very mild but it cleans well. It also takes all my makeup off. I think it's perfect for people with oily t-zones. While I was using it, I did not develop any new blemishes and it gave me time to heal my currents ones. So definitely try Purpose. I personally think it's a lot better than Cetaphil.
