  3. Dairy is the best source of calcium, you may eat eggs, vegetables and beans to obtain calcium, that may not be enough if you don't eat that much amount, so take supplements.

  5. Happy for you. Coffee trigers my acne, too. So I begin to drink more teas instead of coffee. And yes, you remind me that these days I've added dairy and sugar to my diet, no wonder my pimples broke out.

  7. These day my skin condition has gone worse, so annoying! So I begin to wonder what problem it is. I think nothing went wrong with my diet, just as usual. And as usual, I stay up late at 1:00 a.m. So the main problem is : I drink two cups of black coffee to stay awake in the moring, it would be the main cause?
  8. I am a fan of tea (teabags for convenience sake …)…any good recommeded Instant tea brand….besidesthe usual Lipton…. noticed that most of the teas contact many ingredients/chemicals, flavouring…etc..

  10. Haha, sounds interesting, good for you. I'll try to drink water as much as you do. I know keeping a healthy diet is good, but sometimes I would be bored of not eating fried and processed food... And yeah, less sugar. Thank you for your nice advice.
  11. Hi all. I get acne easily once I have fried food or stay up late. I hate the fact that my acne occurs nearly every month. I'm a bit of a tea fiend and wondered if you guys here like it or dis-like it. Green tea is my favorite, I usually drink 2-3 cups a day. But I heard that caffeine in strong tea would cause acne, is that true?
